The ATM shows simple instructions on how to make a withdrawl......yet some people take aaaaages to press a button trying to comprehend what's printed on the screen in front of them. Then while you're behind them, rip their dacks down and run.Even if they pull them up quick enough, they aren't going to chase you for too far with the ATM about to spit out their card and their cash.
