Hi there I have a ba xr6t I want to buy some aftermarket rims I am unsure what offsets I'll need to get I planned on getting some 18x8.5 rims and my cars lowered on superlows currently if that's any help

Hi, would 19/9.5 20p 245/40/19 fit a sedan ?

I have a Green FG XR6T ute with standard 17inch rims. Time to upgrade, due to rough roads around home I will stick to 18's. Which Option 18x8 Versus Monza, 45 offset, Sumitomo 245.40.18 tyres 18x9 front, 18x10 rear Versus Raceforge Sumitomo 245.40.18 front 265.35.18 rear (offset between 20-35) Second option is an all black wheel, first is black with polished rivet look. I would hope the second option would help hide the huge gap wheel to guard at back of ute? Extra $500. Ideas? Opinions? Thanks

So I decided to plastidip my rims. They came up pretty good.

Hey guys, Anybody have these on a BA/BF? (4/1 Brembos) I really like them, I'm sure they'll fit right? And I'm sure 4 the same size all around would obviously fit too?

Hey guys, I'm new here, and I've been trying to find out a bunch of information on the fitment of wheels for my car. I've just picked up a 2006 BF F6 Typhoon, and shopping around for wheels. So 2 questions, 1) What is the offset for my standards? I think they're the "twist" wheels. 2) Also, from what I've gathered through searching, these sizes/offsets should fit (ie: clear the Brembos): 19x8.5 +30/35 19x9.5 +30 20x8.5 +35 20x10 +30/42 So, should this mean, if I go a set of TSW Bathurst in 19x9 +30 and 19x10.5 +27, would I need spacers? And if so, how thick? http://wheelwarehouse.com/collections/tsw-wheels-rims/products/tsw-bathurst-silver-w-mirror-cut-face I'm new to trying to understand offsets and stuff. These are the sizes and offsets that are available, so if you have a recommendation of sorts, I'm open: 19x8 +35 19x8.5 +15 19x9 +30 19x9.5 +39 19x10.5 +27 20x8.5 +40 20x9 +20 20x9 +30 20x10 +40 20x10.5 +25

Hey guys, just wondering has anyone actually put 12"wide with 0 offset rims under the back of a fg ute ? I'm thinking about doing it myself but want to know if I will have any hiccups along the way other then obvious guard work... Cheers

Hey guys, Just wanted to have your input on what rims to buy for my xr6 turbo. The colour is white I prefer to have black rims. Just want to have a look around thanks!

I have a set of 4 bf2 f6 twisties 19's I want to sell. 2 have slight gutter rash and 2 are good. 2 tyres need replacing and 2 tyres are near new. Just wanting to know what a reasonable price would be? I also have a 5th which I was going to keep as a spare, has good tread but slight crack on 1 spoke, crack does not go all way through though.

Hey everyone, I have been trolling these forums in search of photos. I am trying to find a g6e or g6et with nice mag wheels. I'm really struggling to find them. I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction or maybe link some in here! I prefer silver and white cars, g6e or g6et. I have gone through 200 images in google, so I thought I'd get your help! I attached some photos below to help get this started. Special note, I do not own those photos thus I have avoided number plate identifiers. Just photos I collected from google. P.S. I really hate those default 18's on g6e. But don't mind the 19s.

Hey guys finally saved up enough money to buy myself some rims for my car (2011 white fg xr6) but still unsure of what to get. I've narrowed it down to these two styles/brand of wheels in 19" Quoted at: $1460 including tires and installation http://iconwheels.com.au/wheels/icon-zest/ Not sure of the price but looking online $2000+ http://www.ozzytyres.com.au/store/wheel-tyre-packages/vertini-magic-19x8-5-5x114-3-matt-black-wheel-tyre-package-1.html#!prettyPhoto The vertini's are more expensive but I'm a fan of the concave style and how it looks on the car but I also love the icon's because they look great and are more affordable price, but still not quite sure Sorry for the long post but Any advice would be appreciated as well as pictures if anyone has them

Hi guys. Considering a new set of wheels for the F6, looking at a set of custom forged wheels. Brands currently under review include ADV.1, DPE, HRE, Forge Wheels, Forgeline & Niche custom. Do any of our members run a set of forged wheels? Either 1, 2 or 3 piece? If so, care to post some pics and your experience with them, ie. costs, brand, quality, customer service, build times and specs. Would really appreciate some feedback. Cheers.

Hi guys. I am reasonably new to the whole turbo thing and also a Ford fan after a lifetime of being a Expensive Daewoo fan (V8's) so its great to read some of the threads to get some ideas. I now tell my Expensive Daewoo loving mates im not going to argue with you, just go and drive a late model XR6T or G6Et,lol. Anyway,I bought a G6Et late last year and had it tuned plus ID1000 injectors. It made 271kws. Tomorrow its going in for the Nizpro cooler,Nizpro stainless exhaust (4 inch)with dual cats, dump and actuator. Firstly, what sort of power do you guys (and gals) think I might achieve without going too silly, this car will never see a drag strip or race track. I have read some things about 4" exhausts droning but my tuner has said it will be fine so if anyone has this system it would be great to hear from you, thanks. Also, with traction being a bit of an issue now its only going to make it worse although im not a hoon I do like to punch it now and then. I have owned some high powered S/C V8's and have never done burnouts on public roads but I would like more traction to go along with the increased power. I have 18' in wheels, what is the widest tyres I could put on those legally. Any input would be awesome, Thanks again.

Hey guys been looking around but haven't actually found a post where somebody has painted their stock wheels on an FG.. Wanted to know what the rough price would be if I were to go with any of the below colours (quick photoshop job) and howmuch it would set me back if I were to lower the car as low as it is in the pictures (stock height at the moment) thanks p.s: wouldn't mind your opinions on what colour I should choose either so hit me up!

hi guys long time reader first time poster ive got a 2010 fg xr6 n/a stock exept k&n panel im stoked with my car just the way it is my car is not lowered and I intend to keep it that way I would like to buy a set of te37 copies I dont race so copies will do fine ive been through the forums quite a few times looking for information on 18" wheels to fit fg but there is so much info and most of it is for rim sizes 19" 20" and up. what I would like to know is: rota or varrstoen (the skyline guys seem to think varrstoen or better yet buy enkei) what offset and rim width will fit both front and rear without going to staggerd fitment I would like to stay with around 8.5" on wheel width but would like them to sit a little more out (aggressive fitment just not too agressive) I also intend to run goodyear eagle assymetric 2 tyres 245 x 40 r18 any info would be awesome cheers kdog

Seen this question posted on the internet and made me think what I myself would actually do What would you modify on your car if you could only do 1 thing? Would it be wheels? Suspension? An exhaust or something else? But remember, only one! I reckon I would go with suspension for a better overall drive. Can make a crap drive a good one if it's comfortable, and a crap suspension setup can make a good drive quite simply, sh*t IMO. Post up what you would do but of course lol..limit to one mod haha
