    so I am putting together a set of mods for my car and one of them is doing the turbo flapper/housing mod, what I am seeking info on is the general operation of them, for instance I have read that the standard actuator can handle about 12psi steady, what does it mean if I put a new actuator on there at 8psi? is that the minumum the actuator will hold boost wise? so if I was to get it tuned the minimum boost would be 8psi? any help is greatly appreciated
