Hey guys new to these forums and also owning an xr6 turbo. Only ever owned subarus and Evos. I have A 2012 FG xr6T with 177xxxkms. Service history since new. had it for a couple of months now and noticed when coming off WOT or hard acceleration there is a clunk noise feels like two clunks. Only ever happens when coming off the throttle hard if you roll off it does not happen. Was wondering if this is diff bushes or something only thing I've done is new centre bearing as it was shot. Cheers in advance guys appreciate any advice.

Hi Everyone, Just bought a very tidy 2008 G6e Turbo with only 90K on the clock, looking to do some mods and a tune in the near future. What I am after is advice on a couple specific things. Where to get Diff Bushes replaced in Sydney? I've called around and there is a huge variance in price, from $500 to $2000. How much should I expect it to cost? Which aftermarket bushes are the way to go? I'm leaning towards Superpro, Kit210K Who are the top recommended tuners in the Sydney Area? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have conceded that yes my centre rear diff bush is indeed rooted. Can I please get some feedback on what other bushes will need doing at the same time. By necessity not desire, re: $ FYI my centre bush is probably score 7.0 on a scale 1 being perfect and 10 being "has disintergrated and now cradle has broken" Also, I already own a superpro c-bush. Looks great on the mantel piece so far. In the meantime I'm just enjoying the violent whack! Sound when changing from 1st to 2nd hard or kicking down ... I told the missus it was cosmetic, merely a plastic trim knocking. What say you, experts ?

Hey all, I need some help please??? Im going to get my car on the dyno and tuned and ive heard that after its done my original gear box will eventually die :( Because of how much more power the car will get. So do u guys think ill need new gearbox or can I keep my original one? its a 2004 ba and I want the zf gear box from the bf.. Any suggestions would be greatful . Also one more thing I need to get my diff bush fixed has anyone else had the same problem? I went to ford and thet want $650 supply and fitted or $65 for the part.. All im paying for is labour so if anyone knows someone who does it cheaper please tell me .. Im in the campbelltown area. Thanks heaps Brendon
