I've got the dreaded spoiler bolt hole rust and have the chance at a clean Fairmont lid and need to know if its a direct fit to the XR6 sedans? I'm not sure if the taillight sizes are different and cause it to not match up or something along those lines. I've already got ghia leather interior with chrome door handles so the chrome boot garnish will feel at home 😆 Cheers legends

Hey guys looking for a hand looking to swap my boot for a g6e boot lid to lose the spoiler. I have a 2014 xr6 turbo and looking if anyone’s done similar and has any tips or tricks cheers.

The plastic cover on the handbrake lever that sits next to the center console in my BF XR6T has decayed. The cover isn't available separately and only comes new with the complete handbrake lever assembly. Some used covers are available, but I suspect they will have the same issue as mine. Does anyone have a solution to replacing the plastic cover? Thanks John.

Hi fellow boosted ford folk. So I have noticed factory boot lip on my G6ET is lifting at the far edges, to the point now I think it might rip off on my next highway trip. I was wondering if anyone has had this and how they rectified it? my main questions are as such; what is the best way to remove it so I can re attached. I was thinking some fishing line back and forward between the tape and the boot? but I'm sure there might be a better way. Is it held on by any screws? or is it the double sided looking tape/silicon stuff I can see under there it? What is the material that is holding it down? it looks like either double sided tape or even a silicon type adhesive, I want to be sure I buy the correct stuff to re-attach. Is there some sort of better material to hold it down to stop it lifting again? anyone had success with a particular product? any help would be very appreciated, thanks in advance Ben
