Finally!! As some of you already know from previous posts, I had some major issues with my last tune, After doing 90% of the work myself and doing the 5 hour drive down to sydney I only managed to pull 280rwkw with 23psi Apparently due to a soft wastegate actuator.. I wasnn't impressed, and things only went down hill from there, with surging issues, fault codes and an ordinary idle I was ready to throw it in. I decided to pull my finger out an do something about it, so after numerous emails and phone calls to spiro at Autotech we both came to the conclusion that a re-tune plus possible porting of the wastegate and upgraded actuator may be my best solution Left yesterday at 2:45 am for the drive to sydney, arrived at spiro's shop at around 9:00am and the place was packed! Spiro was the first to see me, came up shook my hand and introduced himself, I refreshed his memory of what my existing issues and we spoke about possible outcomes from the new tune. He was more than happy for me to stay whilst it was been retuned and I took the time to look around his workshop. Everything was top quality, the cars, the staff and overall feel of been there. Throughout the morning he kept me up to date with what he was doing and what changes he was making. Took me for a drive and wow, I was blown away with the difference.. My mods list is below 4" Turbo side and battery relocation (Rapid systems) Cooler pipes, including 2.75 cold side (Rapid Systems) PWR Cooler 4" dump, 3.5" m/s XFORCE 60lb XCAL3 with 14psi, 16psi and 19psi tunes STOCK ACTUATOR AND NO PORTING OF TURBO Dyno sheet attached, one is of high 19psi tune and low 14psi tune
