  5. Those pillars are about ~$64pr from memory. If you're worried about drilling holes, just go get some new ones to replace them when you're done with your boost gauge.
  6. I used that leaky pipe stuff from bunnings to do my lawn. Ran it back and forth about 30 cm apart. My lawn is the greenest in the street and you don't have to worry about 'tards dobbing you in during water restrictions. Also helps keeps the weed level down.
  7. I kinda like the Ranger too. Bummer about the whole deal though...
  8. I found the available grip to be amazing. I was bogging down in 1st with nearly 4000rpm on the dial... And I was running street tyres.
  9. I got my tyres from Ozzy Tyres, it was a pretty painless process. I paid online, and they turned up a week later.
  10. Ah, I knew there was a Rob in there somewhere... Luke came up to me at the end of the night and introduced himself, a very nice guy. I'll definitely be investigating their services if/when I get work done in the future. There was so many Holdens, I can't specifically remember your's unfortunately. It was an awesome night thought, dragstrips have phenomenal grip, I couldn't believe I bogged down on every run. I had my GoPro in the car with me, so I'll try and throw some video up of my runs.
  11. Hey Slash, what car were you running? It wasn't that crazy Silver Tornado ute? I spoke with that guy (Rob?) at the end of the evening. That car was very fast. For my first night I managed a 13.543 on my last run, but I kept bogging down. The last run I launched at about 3900rpm...
  12. I'll let you know how I go tomorrow... In the 2 years I've had it, its done everything I could possibly ask of it. Its the best car I've owned (and I've had a few). I don't consider it a loss...
  13. I'll keep a lookout, I have a Green/Blue/Purple FG F6 ute with a hard cover. Stock F6 rims. Please don't be afraid to come up and say gday. I'll be wandering around looking sheepish (and not knowing exactly what to do!)...
  14. Its a manual, but thanks for the tips! I'm actually a little apprehensive as its been a very long time (10 years) since I did a proper burnout in a manual...
  15. Are you saying that there is less grip than on the road?
