  3. All you Victorians be careful for the next few weeks, with no cameras to protect you from the henious speed factor YOU'LL ALL DIE. But seriously it will be interesting to see how the Vic Govt spins the lack of fatalities in the camera down time.
  4. www.myford.com.au just register and you can find the handbook in the glovebox

  12. So is the Monaro427 gonna get ars#holed from the Nations Cup now??? As it should Ferrari cant run the 550, Dodge the upspecced Viper but bloody Expensive Daewoo can run a supercar prototype.WTF????
  13. They'd have to be pretty desperate to steal a HSV, wouldn't they? Either that or they are Saudis ( only people in the world who could keep oil up to a Gen III)
  14. Just buy it. I bought mine without a test drive, couldnt be happier
  15. Re painted engine bay every Acid Rush I have seen has it painted.
  16. Jesus no wonder they went broke got 47 of everything. Brake discs and pads (wondering if theyd sneak inside my 17's) should fix any brake shudder issue !!!
  17. The high beam one was a very poorly worded question but some of you older guys might remember that on your indicator stalks some years ago that pull back(high beam flash) was marked PASS. The way it sounded was that the only time you could use high beams at night is while overtaking. BEGIN RANT The worst question in my opinion was the post box one if the answer was that you could stop right in front of it why do all the post boxes that I have seen have "NO STANDING" emblazened on it?????? The show was a crock IMHO as it showed no correlation of driving skills it was just a test of theoretical questions (most of which bear little relevance to safety) Who here would need to know that a fire hydrant is 2.3 metres from this sign.(havent seen a water pumper option on a T) The wrap up was another wan* the difference between most states/ages/car type/gender/colour was less than half a mark. And they made such a big deal of it. The celebrities had no chance as there were so few of them every incorrect answer cost them 1/10 of a percent whereas the other groups it was more like 1/40 of a percent. The worst result in my opinion was the driving instructors this is their job and they got a quarter of the questions wrong!!! Eddie got up my nose harping on about speed.Until every car on the road has a HUD on the windscreen speed tolerances should be higher (much rather have people looking where they are going instead of having there noses ensconced in the dash to make sure they dont go over by up to 3kmh) END RANT

    Premium Fuel

That would be correct falchoon Ive been on the lookout trying to test all the different premiums. No Synergy in ACT . Tried 2 tanks of optimax and 2 tanks of BP Ultimate and have come to the conclusion that Vortex is just as good despite being 95 ron performance and economy wise .

    My First Scratches

When I park at malls or shopping centres I always park at the furthest point from the entrances more free spaces and all the other cars seem to be clubsports ,STI's,porsches and BMW's I feel a lot safer near them as opposed to a beaten up HQ. Hope you can get your scratches tidied up to your satisfaction Craig this world is full of ignorami.
  21. Venom GT plates FPVGT motor magazine GT vs HSV Clubsport May issue 2003 pages 42-52 Bet she looks and sounds better in real life!!
  22. And 5 more from here

  24. Ive voted for ACT as well I assume that is the Public Servant button (less than 40% public servants here now) For utter stupidity Canberra drivers win hands down 1 merging 2 excessive speed in the wet 3 tailgating 4 selfishness 5 right lane hogging 6 drive 20 kmh under limit in winding/narrow sections only to speed up to 20 kmh over limit in overtaking lanes/opportunitys for the freight train behind to get past. I do a lot of driving all over the country and if I see ACT plates I always give that car a very wide berth.
