Didnt know it needed to be coded. It's every vent, floor,face etc on the passenger side that stay cold so that's why I thought it had to be the flap controlled by airmix shaft on that side couldn't be working which is why I replaced shaft. Maybe the shutter itself is broken? I just didn't want to have to take dash right out to check it

Hi, I've got a 2009 g6e turbo and am having issues with the dual zone climate control. Both sides works fine when on cold setting but when I try and put heaters on only the driver side works. The passenger side keeps blowing cold air. I tried putting a new airmix shaft in but it still didn't fix the problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
