  1. @k31th I didnt really do testing just mainly visual and wiggle test to see if anything changed while priming, didn't really have a multimeter in hand at that point due to the car being at home but I do have one now, any pointers on how I would do some tests on the fuel pump wiring? @cat007 Yeah thought id give it a go and replaced with a good battery but still no difference
  2. So I've had this issue for a month now, where I have gotten into the car and has then given me the 'FUEL CUT OFF SWITCH'. now I've already played with the inertia switch but has no issue with it, but to get rid of it I can disconnect the battery and will go back to normal but only thing that isn't normal is that the Fuel pump and Surge tank is constantly running while ignition is on, and then when I leave the car overnight and the open the door it will give me 'TRANSMISSION NOT IN PARK' and then gives me fuel cut off switch unless I disconnect the battery again. Scanned the computer for DTC with the AUTEL scanner and has no engine lights btw, but shows P0230-14 which is a fuel pump primary circuity short to ground or open checked fuel pump wiring near the tank and also replaced fuel pump just in case (already had a spare pump to test), also have changed relays with brand new ones including surge tank relays to be sure, but still primes constantly with ignition on. Mind you I have not touched any wiring or anything like that, just randomly started happening. So at this point I'm abit lost and seeing if anyone has advice or has had a similar issue??? I'm a mechanic but there's only so much I can do... worst case auto elec it is 😕
  3. @mc03 if I press the switch it will allow me to lock the doors but not able to start due to fuel cut off switch being activated again, but sometimes the error will go away and then able to start but then the pumps keep running while ignition is on.
  4. Currently experiencing the same thing on my FG turbo atm. Will casually start up after disconnecting battery and run fin, but once you turn it off and and leave it for about 10 minutes the fuel cut off switch kicks in, currently have the P0230 code as well Anyone got some ideas??
