My BF manual has done 7k and I have had both front and rear windscreens re-sealed. Front was "apparently" installed too proud after I noticed the plastic shelf under the wipers was rattling and the rear had a depression in the seal running along the top. Ford have been pretty cool about it but, paying for the window tint to be re-applied as the rear windscreen had to be thrown out along with the seals. Have a rattle eminating from the trans area, might look into the handbrake as mentioned earlier. And experimenting with the blow-off valve, as I loosened the turbo intake pipe at the top it just fell out from the turbo, wasn't even screwed in. Still an awesome car!

Hi all, first post. As with a lot of other members here, I have taken a BF XR6T auto for a drive from the dealer. I was not impressed. In my opinion the shifts were far to slow. I understand its not a true tiptronic box, just an auto with an electronic command to change gears. I'm glad I've got the manual.
