  1. The problem with attending the cruise and the photo shoot will be the state of your car. I'm not sure you'd have enough time between the two events to clean the car up.
  2. Nikon or Canon will both do a good job. I'd suggest going to a store and having a feel of the model you're looking at and then do the same with the Canon model in the same price bracket. You might find you prefer the feel of one over the other or like the controls layout better on one.
  3. I'd say because of the pants you're wearing.
  4. Forget the cruise... Let's all do that!
  5. The cruise is that same day mate.
  6. Isolated showers is nothing to be worried about.
  7. I haven't seen that before. Have you tried deleting the account and adding it again?
  8. Simoncelli's accident... WARNING: This is graphic... http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/motor-racing/malaysian-motogp-cancelled-after-marco-simoncelli-injured-in-crash/story-e6frfgb6-1226174489854

    Top Speeds

just... There's another thread were we discussed this. Here's a post from it in regards to the APS car that did 307km/h... It ran 307km/h in early 2004. They had to fit 18's and a 3.23:1 diff ratio behind the T5 gearbox to achieve that speed. (The car also had better tyres and AP brakes). Probably the key point for anyone thinking that this type of speed would be a good idea is the below statement. This is from the driver of the car... Make sure you read the last two paragraphs. Speed is one thing, whether the chassis and aero can handle it is a whole other ball game. Power is the other big factor. For example, the Veyron only needs 270HP to reach 155MPH, which isn't much, however, it then needs another 730HP to do another 98MPH (253MPH). Then to take it one step further the Veyron SuperSport needs another 200HP to do another 5MPH (258MPH) and that's with a body and chassis designed for speed.
  10. Mine has only done that shortly after I've marked the forum as read and there's no new posts to display. I've also turned off auto refresh as that caused me an issue with the older version.
  11. I use tapatalk all the time. I'm posting via it now. It's been working fine for me.
  12. Yeah. My girlfriend has a 4S showing up soon. I'm interested to see if Siri is a useable feature or just a gimmick.
  13. Cool. I'm surprised so many people are upgrading from 4 to 4S. Just doesn't seem worth it to me. It's good to see Telstra finally competitive on their plans now. I've been with Optus for the last 10 years. This will be the last year.
  14. Did you try the iPhone 4 using the latest iOS?
  15. The flex under braking. The shudder will disappear with new lower bushes too. My car had 45,000km on it and the stock tyres were down to the canvas on the inside edge. That's with a wheel alignment to the specs ford recommend for the suspension height and wheel size.
  16. Wheel alignment won't fix it. The front lower bushes need replacing.
  17. That's right. My old BA made 260 on 15. It also made 300 on 15 with other hardware. My current sedan makes 300 on 12. The hardware used will also play a big part. The cars only running a wog cooler. You can't expect too much from it.
  18. Disagree It all depends on the timing. I think that boost level is quite normal. Some tuners use more boost with less timing while others use less boost with more timing.
  19. Yes. The 40D takes EF and EF-S lens just like the current line up of cameras. EF-S mount lenses only fit crop sensor bodies.
  20. Brenno, do you have the system that moves the telescope to sync with the movement of the earth? I've seen some photographers with that setup before. It looks expensive!
  21. I think it would be worth it. The below paragraph is taken from a review on the 600D... The 600D has the AF system from the superseded 30D. While the 60D has the AF system from the superseded 40D, which was also used on the 50D.
