Good. It still made the noise at first but it's now gone after I spent a bit of time in 3, 4 and 5 by manually shifting. Cost me $600 all up for a full service, flush and new filter with genuine oil. They cut the old filter open and kept it to show me what was in there. The old filter and oil were in pretty good condition so I'm happy.

No. They would not have serviced the ZF. Saying it's "sealed for life" is a very misleading. The common thinking on these gearboxes across all the manufacturers that use them is to service them every 60,000km. Your Ford dealer probably won't be able to help you with it or they'll charge you a heap for the oil. I got mine done at A&B Automatics in Dandenong South. They're an authorised service and repair agent. Very happy with their service and prices.

The only thing I didn't like about mine was the lack of full time manual focus. Trainer, lens choice is going to be based around what you think your subject matter will be. The kit lenses aren't bad lenses they're just not as good as some. Those 'some' cost a lot of money though, so for the casual shoot they'd be fine. It depends how seriously you're planning on taking it. If it's just a camera for the occasion use then go for the kit lenses. There's third party lenses available, but to be honest I don't know anything about them. I'm a huge Canon slut, so I've only got Canon lenses.

He must mean the 50 f/1.8. There isn't a 50mm f/2.8. I'll reply in a bit more detail after work.

I think there's something very similar to that on the calendar. There's a couple of cruises that go out that way.

It's not so hard if it's a cruise route that's been done before. All the work has already been done.

Even if the key did fit the barrel it would still require the right coding to start the car.

That's about what my ute made with knock control issues and the bugger all timing. At one point it was even down to 220rwkw's on the same dyno. Get the current tune state compared to the final tune when it was first done. This should help you see what's going on.

Get Spiro to run it again and compare the logs.

15psi is alright. All depends on timing. Looks like you've lost the power due to the timing from what you've said in your posts. Take it back to the original tuner and get them to dyno it and log everything to compare against your original tune. You'll probably find it's running a lot less timing now. The knock sensors in some of these cars can be a PITA and constantly remove timing. My old BA did this. It would never hold the power it was tuned at because the timing was being reduced. My tuner adjusted how much timing could be removed in a single event but it didn't make any difference. In the end they tuned it with plenty of head room and turned the knock control off all together. It was the only solution. My current BF doesn't have this issue.

I'd get in contact with the local mental health people too. They may already know of him. Unfortunately they work slower than the council, so it could be awhile before anything it done.

's Doesn't sound like a good situation to be in. Especially if you have your kids there. The guys sounds that f'ed up that moving in with the ex sounds like a better option than staying there!

Don't buy an F series then. The same thing will happen to them in a few years too.
