My brother in law has a VXII SS (225kw), and I'm sick of all the sh!t coming out of his mouth! Can I beat him? He's of the opinion he will win because he has traction control, as I understand it a little wheel spin makes a faster time rather than no wheel spin at all. Personally I don't think getting traction in my auto ute will be any problems. Any of you guys had a run with any similar cars? I'm looking forward to putting him in his place, if I can!

Peter, Will this become the new phase 1 with the injectors included or will it be an option? After hearing at the Melb APS info day that the phase 1 is limited to 280kw because of the injectors, will the unichip + injectors make more kw's? Like you said above Peter info will be released in the near future so I understand perfectly if you can't disclose the info just yet. Thanks.

Pollen filters are excellent, they trap all the dust and obviously pollens. The filter won't take away the smell from the A/C though.

After seeing the above test on 100%'s ute (thanks mate, well done on the 13.17) I would say the phase 1 wouldn't be detected because the codes related to fuel pressure and the engine running rich due to the extra fuel pump and the bigger injectors and the phase 1 kit does include any of the parts that the phase 2 kit does. And as FORDTECH found the unichip itself isn't detectable. I'm sure Peter can better answer your question.

No offence taken GlennXR6T. You've got to admit that asking for a donation after the guys first post is a bit rough! And just because someone has donated money to the site doesn't mean they can start rattling the tin in front of everyone else, that should be left to the admin/moderators. That's not the same thing! Envi, no matter how similar it maybe to a Expensive Daewoo colour is a ford factory colour. Painting your once white or whatever VX blueprint is just stupid in my opinion!

I doubt that the RRP is even considered by the police, they would get a BIG discount. I know the local army base here just swapped from Expensive Daewoo utes to ford utes and when I asked the guy how much they get them fof all he said was the holdens were $12K each so the fords wouldn't have been anymore. Now that's a cheap ute!!!
