If you think I've gone missing look for the standard looking yellow xr, I changed my bonnet back to yellow. Still have the territory rims but it's more of a sleeper now.

Yeah the drags were great... I ran at 13.524 at 108mph.... Grip is a problem and the manuals are hard to get down the strip. I was making about 265rwkw...well maybe not a 29deg... Had fun sticking it to the Expensive Daewoo boys..... Next time semi slicks....

Nah, I drove it up the start of Jan from Melbourne. Total of 4,200 km. It's a yellow car with a black bonnet. I'm in Melbourne until tuesday and then in Darwin.

I chatted to herrod before fitting mine and they said that some will run and a so won't. Mine ran ok! lag becomes a problem though. It won't cause pinging to happen so don't worry too much!!! Cheers

Well my xrT has rocked up to Darwin, drove up the center. It's also yellow but has a custom bonnet riding on 20's.. No doubt I'll see you around, you'll see me with a Orange xr8 with a GT kit..

What size are you going to make the fittings for the gauges? I run autometer gauges. What sort of money are we looking at for your setup? I had a look at the wrx kit and if it's anything like that I'll be up for one.

Does anyone have pictures of their setup for oil pre and temp gauges with a oil cooler kit? I'm just running a sandwitch plate, but I also want to run a cooler kit too. Help

You would have to ring them and quote a wheel and tyre that you wanted, should be able to go from there. They can get almost anything you wanted and they will beat most prices They are a nice group of guys too.

Swaybars make a huge difference, I have heavy duty ones front and rear. The car turns in so much better but watch that rear end because I steps out. Sounds like a good setup with the coilovers. I've only got lowered king springs and the sway bars. I'm going to go with bilstien shocks or pull the whole kit out and try that new K sport coilovers, remember HSD are bring out a coilover too very soon.

Got them from TTF Thomastown in Melbourne. They are near herrodmotorsport. I thought I would drop in while I was sorting something out for my car and I came out with these wheels. Damn these cars, they just yell spend money on me!!!!!

I have Nitto's 225/35/20's and they seem to hang on really well, they are very closely related to the toyo's but are more aimed at street use rather than drift. Continental do 20's up to a 265 for your rear, I hear that they are good too. good luck with your search...

How hard is it to fit a short shift to a 6 speed man BA?? What are the step and is there anything I need to know?

Paid $2350 that was after haggling they wanted $2450. They are a 225 so they have that stretched effect which I think looks tuff. The tyres hold on well, much better than my last set of rims and tyres. They are just for cruzing...

Got some new rims yesterday, 20 inch speedy octane's with Nitto tyres. What do you guys think? I love them

Has anyone got that annoyed with the heat shields rattling that they have taken them off? Does it make much difference to the heat raising up through the car floor? I'm tired of the noise.

$40 from autobarn sunshine. Fitted mine yesterday with autometer gauges, very easy job and heaps of room to move. I found that the best way through the fire wall is a blank rubber basically under the rear of the inlet man.

which wire to I use for a sendor for a autometer air/fuel gauge. ba mkII it has four wires 2 white, grey and black.

Really, I've had no problems with them. I ordered my PWR radiator through them and everything. They do good prices for me. Herrod has nothing to do with Knox ford anymore. The only issue I have had was on my high tune (281rwkw) it started to ping but that could be the Sh*ty shell near my house which I refuse to fill up from these days. I like stainless so I don't have to worry about it rusting away, going to darwin next year... And it's not a looks thing with stainless cause I run 17's territory rims painted black. But I like the look of the qauds Where do you work, I swear I have seen your car out watsonia way. I work on Simpson Barracks. I might go down a talk to the exhaust shop, did you have to retune your car after you put the quad system on? I'm just about done anyway save shocks and brakes....

you don't own a blue t with a bobtail do you? I got my exhaust done at herrod too, stainless catback but I like the quad exhaust.

I'm after a quad exhaust for BA turbo they look tuff, who makes them and how much? Your help would be great.
