Yeh but from column a and b but that’s what it does. I start the car, take off 3/4 throttle,, it boosts a few times, then stops boosting. As I’m moving I turn the key quickly off and on,,, then it boosts a few times. Then back to no boost

Fg turbo stops boosting. Then as I’m driving, I turn the key off and on,, and it boosts again then stops
