How much play should be in the water pump pulley cause there is definatley play in mine!

My BF xr6t just started this noise. I thought it may be the turbo but there is no shaft play…. Any ideas? apologies if this is posted in the wrong areas https://vimeo.com/804997116/8544522f7c
