So a novated lease is a debt against your name? So say for example, if I went for a home loan and had to declare my existing debts, a novated lease would need to be noted? I'm hoping to get around that loophole basically.

But with a novated lease, isn't in my name? Hence a debt against my name? I was hoping to get around that if possible.

Hey everyone, I'm thinking of upgrading my car, but only if I can get it as a company car. I work for a small business, with less than 10 employees, but is it possible to get a car where the company owns it and reduces my paycheck for the vehicle costs? Is this possible? And is it common place? I'd rather do this than get a loan myself and have another debt listed against my name. Any help would be great Cheers Dave

Yeah I went through those roads a few weeks back, and had to drive along a dirt f..kin road... stupid map wasn't correct... but it was all good after that... great roads.

Yeah id be fine with that... is there any decent ways to get there, other than just on the highway? Would rather drive through some twistys with some nice scenery...

This is something basic I've just come up with... There's different routes depending on how long we want this thing to go for... Also, I'm not sure if any of these roads are dirt... Pretty sure they're not because they show up as main roads on the map.... but you never know. (click on the map)

I don't know the area too well, coz I'm fairly new here from Melbourne, but looking at Google maps, I've found a whole bunch of loops we could go on. Basically what we could do is start off at the Glass House Mountains Rd turnoff from the Bruce Hwy, drive towards Landsborough, then up through Bald Knob... From there, depending on how long the cruise is going to be, you can turn off at Maleny-Montville Rd then follow the loop back towards the coast, or go through Maleny, Witta, Curramore, Obi Obi and follow the road back to Nambour... There's heaps of options... I'll draw a map up too

I went for a drive on the Kenilworth Scenic Drive, and it was pretty good. Twisty with some good scenery... I'll have a look for some recommendations on the net

They aren't being bumped by a user... because although the system is saying a post has just been made, the last posts on most of these threads are back in 2003, 2004 etc... Maybe the new database has an compatability issue with 'guest users'. I'm assuming that 'guest users' were either allowed back in 2003-04, or they're users that have had their accounts closed and are showing up on the database as 'guest users'.

I think the database has got an error, and is bumping old posts from years ago with "guest" users... Don't think its been hacked... probably related to the new database.

Geez that's a tough call. The Passat is a great car. Although it probably wouldn't have as much street cred as the F6 only because the F6 is better known car here in Aus. Personally, I would have gone with the Passat, just to be a little different than everyone else... But you certainly haven't gone wrong with the F6310... Can't wait to see the pics... I don't think I've seen any F6 in-the-flesh pics yet...

If its anything like the Monza BOV I got, it didn't come with any adapters... Just an inlet with small allan screws around the edge which you're supposed to tighten and then weld the BOV on. You don't need to do that though... I removed the stock blowoff valve completely. Blocked up the inlet at the back/rear of the crossover with a chair plug, got a longer 1" hose, ran it from the front inlet on the crossover (near the throttle body), which runs down near the airbox. I then clamped the BOV to the end of the hose. Done. Works a treat. The BOV is too big to be in the stock location. Only reason I changed it was that my stock BOV seemed to leak boost at low RPMs. Really couldn't care less what BOV I got as long as it stopped the boost leak. Which it did, and it sounds great too. Has a nice flutter to it.
