  3. Just come off the dyno now and ran 642rwkw on 30psi so very happy with it and off to the QLD powercruise once back we will push for more Thanks kent Will post dyno chart next couple of days

  6. yeah guys car is ready to go down to powercruise and will have the boost wound up as sonn as we are back so we will let you know what it makes , last night it went 485rwkw on 21psi with tolulene

Motec 600 is as far as I know the only ecu range that allows the electronic throttle to be used unless using it as a piggy back, As for tuning you simply can't beat this ecu being able to select what map pionts you would like timing and fuel unlike the flash tuner having 1000rpm tuning areas above 3000rpm, The car drive like a factory car with no delayed throttle response and cam phasing works perfect. For any car wanting to produce big numbers back to back to back its needs to be a motec, This car will 6 runs with in 10rwhp of each other until temp compension comes into it. In saying that we have a couple of cars at 480rwkw still on flash and seem to work okay even with injectors driver boxes for very large injectors just don't have the precise control.

Ok been a while but the car is all good its about to head down to powercruise sydney for a play on the track down there, haven't pushed for any more power yet we will be seeing what 40psi will bring in early march then pull the engine apart to see what stress or parts need to be better engineered so we will keep you updated!
  9. Brillant turbo the GT-K850 would be perfect for a replacement turbo on the XR chasing aroung the 550rwhp , The turbo is very well made the only let down being it doesn't have water cooling. kent

We have been logging this car and as the dyno chart shows we are getting high intake temps due to maxing the turbo out therefore pulling timing at high rpm on 27psi approx 700rwhp the car draws a perfect powercurve I will post up one of the 600 pulp 20psi. Don't worry guys new turbo on order allready.

  13. I have ET streets in a 275/17 on the back of my XRT they grip great but no much good in the wet.

Well done with the time on a standard car, We were out there last night running the bumble bee (yellow and black ute) was a good night running a 12.2 at 115.8 mph pushing approx 450rwhp on a manual trans, So room for improvment but not to bad considering. I will keep an eye out for you next time (xrj37) Thanks kent
