What splits did you buy? Are the woofers sealed into the doors properly? Is everything in phase?

Man, put them in the a pillar where the factory ones were. just unplug the original ones and tuck the wires away. there is heaps of room in there. If you put the crossovers inside the cabin then you still only have to run a new wire thru the door for the woofer if you dont want to use the factory wires for the woofer. keeps the crossovers dry too

Maybe asl logistics can do something with it. I don't know what brand the ford one is but if you can find out, google their phone number and then ring them and ask who their repair agents are.

The connected to main lights will only light up if you have pulled the unit apart and changed the jumpers to copy the front output to the rears. Just sell the thing and get a Rockford fosgate 360.1. Those lc6i things are junk

I'd say the gps computer has a dead laser on the DVD drive so it won't dead the disc

If you want to run a new sub off the factory amp you will need the lowest powered 12" you can get your hands on and put it in a ported box. We have done plenty like this and while it is only slightly louder than the factory sub it does sound much better and play lower frequencies. If you do want considerably more bass then you will need an amp and woofer matched to each other. $500 will get you something half decent with installation. $700 or $800 would be better if you could hold off a week or two

Is the amp even turning on? if the power cable shorted out where it goes thru the firewall then it is the fault of your stereo installer for doing a dodgy job

on my BF xr anytime the lights are on the ICC inverts its colour to the black background, even if it is day the screen is black whenever the lights are on. oh and it does dim with the dimmer button as well

For future reference you need to turn the keys to IGN not just accessories

Using splits instead of coaxs in the rear will make about 1% difference to the sound in the passenger seat and no difference to bass output

get the focal 165vr splis for the front and lots of dynamat and they will sound magic

CAN-BUS turns the amp on. It also tells the ICC to high-pass the rest of the speakers at 100hz because the sub is now making the low end bass

There isn't one. You will need to grab accessories from cigarette lighter or phone plug to turn your amp on

try swapping the left and right rears over and see it the sound moves with it. If the cracke goes to the right side then the speaker is at fault but if the crackle stays on the passenger side then its a problem elsewhere
