  3. that's more than 6hrs labour for ajob that shouldnt take any longer than 2.5hrs ...most dealers are around 100 hr

My wife has already put her order in for a XR5 so I don't know if im going to see any of this extra money.....(I wouldn't mind upgarding myself to a F6) Anyway....to all those out there that hate there job that much to the point that you feel crook when yuor on your way to work.....QUIT....do it now......in my experiences (And I have lived a life well beyond most 24yrolds) everything always works out for the best. Im still livin, spendin more time with the wife and kids and T and lovin it. ← same old story the more you make the more you spend. but you have fun doin it

  13. sorry no photos but if you follow oil supply line around to where it attachs to the block under manifold you will see the oil pressure switch remove switch makes it easier, there is a large hex fitting there holding oil line onto block. remove this and the filter is inside held in with a small circlip remove circlip and filter , clean with a degreaser. while parts are removed best to take complete oil line of and clean,apply a VAREY THIN SMERE of good sealer to threads and sealing washers and do not over tighten as oil pipe is easly bent and damaged. all of this is easily done with air cleaner housing removed. hope this helps?
  14. yeah check that inline filter in oil supply line behind the pressure sender but sounds like damage is already done. good luck. warranty?
  15. YEAH CHECK FUEL PRESSURES WHEN RUNNING AND THAT REG IS HOLDING PRESSURE AFTER SWITCH OFF .(ALWAYS CHECK FILTER FIRST).....BASIC STUFF FIRST WITH ANYTHING!

  18. JUST FOUND THIS POST MY 2BOBS WRTH. FORD HAVE HAD OIL SLAPPING NOISE COMING FROM SUMP SINCE EA DAYSCAN BE MORE PRONOUNCED WHEN CAR IS ON SLIGHT ANGLE. WE USE TO WONDER HOW MANY BOTTOM ENDS GOT REBUILDS DUE TO IT. NOT SAYING THAT YOURS DOESNT HAVE ROD PROBLEM.
  19. heh My 04 T hand brake worked fine (no woosh woosh either) as does my 04 F6 hand brake (woosh woosh fixed). ← nothing wrong with handbrake if adjusted properly

  23. no... am in brissie... there is a place here that makes them to order... they have sent them to members all over oz including tassie.... then just get it fitted... takes about 10 minutes am sure you can get them made in melb too heres a pic of the one that went to tassie ← what is name of the place in brissie jetute? cheers
