  1. has the tran 'milkshaked' in its past? where heat exchanger splits and coolant goes into trans and trans fluid into coolant... mine done it, caught it the same day it happened too.. the water I <3 Bananass with the mechatronics unit.valve body, happened to mine

Ohk mate cheers I think that's the way to go, ehy.. was just thinking though, if I was to not worry about my steering lock not working, is it right that I would be able to just remove the ignition barrel and replace with another from wreckers along with the two keys? Or possibly even take a new ignition barrel to the locksmith and have him make him align it to fit my original keys?? they obviously didnt get it started)... its an 07 bf2 xr6t..

  4. Hey some1 tried to break in and steal my ford.. they destroyed the ignition barrel by drilling it out and also must have smashed the steering lock off.. I have both my original keys & and a transponder remote.. whats the best way to go about it.. can I just unscrew the whole ignition barrel/steering lock unit and replace with one from the wreckers or do I have to do the whole column or what and if I do get the whole column (with keys) am I able to programme the keys myself?any ideas? Any help appreciated thanks!!!
  5. also... as opposed to having to unbolt and pull turbo off etc to replace the wastegate actuator with something closer to a standard one.. could I put a boost controller in and turn the boost down? if so.. where exactly do I put it?

I got an 07 sy2 territory ghia turbo, has been tuned to run 14psi and has a 14psi actuator and it starts to come onto boost and then kinda flattens out and makes a weird sound... its had an engine replacement with a stock standard engine put in and im thinking maybe its the stock injectors arent hearty enough to cope with the boost? whats the max psi the standard injectors are capable? I did have a standard actuator on it and it boosted sweeet all the way up thru the revs but ever since replacing the turbo I lost the standard actuator and had replaced it with 14psi actuator.. since then it hasnt been boosting properly... I have also replaced the turbo throttle body with a NA throttle body cause I wrecked the idle level adjuster thing but I do believe the throttle bodys are the same.. PLEASE HELP.. also the exhaust manifold bottom area where the turbo bolts on glows red now
