What size is the premium sub and is it easy to replace?

Ok then, so it's a actual fault, rather then bad design. I might get them to replace it then.

To be honest, I don't mind the sound system, the sub adds enough bass for me, I've never been one for the loud bass blasting out. When I turn it up loudish it pops and is not distorting yet. Sometimes I don't even need to have it that loud. I might replace the fronts and sub when the kids get older. But for now I would just like to solve the pop. By the way, thanks for the welcome

Hi Guys, I saw on a forums a while back about the sub in the premium sound pops when you turn it up too loud. Someone had a margine container (large round one) and did some mods with it to fix the sub popping. Does anyone know where/how to do that?
