Hey guys so I have a new fg xr6 turbo ute and the rear tyres have seen better days and I was wondering what are some good tyres I can put on to make sure I have some good traction at a fair price currently even under less than half throttle below 60ks is enough to get it sideways which while fun it would be nice to put my foot down and not Go sideways when I don’t want to haha I currently have 245/40/18s on the rear so what would be your best Recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Thanks guys for your response was just wondering good to know any other advice for a new owner of one of these utes it’s almost brand new 31 thousand kms on it completely stock standard with the honeycomb rims

Oh sorry I should have mentioned mine is fg 2009 so how do the ute and sedans compare on that model?

Hey guys I just brought an xr6 turbo ute and I read something saying the ute is faster than the sedan cause it’s a bit lighter and I was just wondering if it is actually lighter and if it is how much lighter?
