  1. My FGX XR6 Turbos airbag light started to come on intermittently, but now it stays on, and due for rego soon. What I have done so far: * Checked all connections under the front seats * Replaced the clock spring with genuine Ford part * Rescanned: showing "Restraint System - Impact Sensor Fault" (see pics showing "Front row impact sensor" (Battery only showing low as I did multiple scans)). The diagram I have seen shows the sensor in the "B" pillar, but after removing the trim I can't see it? There is also an Airbag tag on the seat and the trim if that helps. Can anyone please help me locate the sensors and how to access so I can test them. Thanks in advance
  2. Hi Guys, Removing my dash to replace the heater core, and having trouble removing the passenger airbag. I have removed all the bolts, and the unit is loose sitting the dash. But when I try to lift it up, it seems to get stuck at the front near the windscreen (wont lift up at front at all). I don't want to force it as I don't want to rip the vinyl on the dash. I have searched the WSM and Technical sections with no luck, and my Haynes Repair Manual says Just to undo the fasteners and remove? (sounds easy right)
  3. I have a couple of minor scuffs on the side of the console, but the seats have no marks at all.
  4. Hi all, Just joined the site as I have bought an Ex NSW Police 2016 FGX Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo. I am trying to find out the exact modifications the Police make to the vehicles. I found the link which basically notes some of the mod's. https://www.australianpolice.com.au/police-car-index/ The Bembo brake upgrade is obvious, but it also states "Modified Suspension"? does anyone know the exact changes? Also when checking for any fault codes I noticed an additional plug, making me think it was for a tune modification? as the cars performance is great. I contacted the NSW Police Service directly, and they gave me the link to make an application to access the information regarding my vehicle. But of cause this is at a cost. If anyone has gone down this path and has the info, will help me out heaps. Thanks in advance.
