1. I love em... Look tuff as on the 8 GT etc.. But on a T I reckon an fpv front bar looks the best..
2. Really... never knew that are the Kings? or different brand..
3. I've had mine broken off, went to Ford and it took ages trying to explin what I was after lol.. I have one lying around if your keen...
4. Dont think they have a SSSL.. Get them compressed an inch or so..
5. Yeah, shorter intakes are the sh*t...
6. Mate.. Firstly we need to know which model you have, as the newer ones are built better/stronger and would need different mods to achieve a certain power.. Also the first thing on your list should be a Flash box, cant do anything without one.
7. Check all your piping also, might just be a boost leak..

Fishing

Speak of fishing... Doin an 8 hour charter next week for my birthday.. Gonna head out near bass straight for some reef fishing, I can't f*ckin wait.. As long as we all have some fun, I'm not too fussed what we get.. A shark would be good though hahah
9. It is corrigated on the inside aswell.. I reckon there would be some drag but from going from the stock setup to this has made a world off difference and I'm happy how it currently performs, but yea I'd imagine there would be gains with a 'normal' pipe.. It's a pretty hardcore bit of pipe, pretty thick like the factory rubber hoses, and had metal ribs in each corrigation to keep it from flexing, so it's fairly strong.. There isn't anything aftermarket to suit what I'm trying to do, so for the meantime it'll have to do..
10. Had it on the dyno to make sure it was ok and to see if I needed a retune, but there's a mechanical fueling issue, think the pump is buggered or the hose has split or something.. I bought a new pump just in case and that Gates submersible fuel hose... So hopefuly it'll get sorted soon...
11. Brake fluid I saw in the Repco catalog, PBR Dot 4, cost $4.99 from like $8.50 so pretty cheap.. Any idea if its any good and how much would I need to completely flush the braking system?
12. There should be a thread with what part and recommended oil.. Cause as we modify our cars, the standard lubes surely would need upgrading too.. Engine: 4 Speed: 6 Speed Auto: 5 Speed: 6 Speed manual: Diff: Power Steering: I've probably missed some things but you get my drift...I know everyone has there own opinion as to whats better/what they use, but it'd be a a good start point for people that aren't sure... Could even go further, Coolant etc.. So someone with more knowledge than me feel free to fill in the list. Turbo ute, sorry to hijack but im sure you'll benefit too..
13. I'd also like to know the different brands also... We know the Bilsteins etc. are good, but what about Monroe, Pedders etc..
14.
ford will charge an arm and a leg. if your in sydney I have the details for a locksmith who do all the cutting/programming for peter warren ford. he charged me $85 to cut and program. p.s. check out the group buy thread!
Do you reckon he might know someone in Melb that does the same thing?? Could you ask?
15. Hey dude, put me down for one at this stage..
16. Im in for sure... they look fuggen sick... Edit: might grab 2.. Just in time for my birthday...
17. Got any pics dude? I've only got 1 key, so do I take it to Ford for the $85 programming??
18. Looks awsome mate.. Im with the others, once you go black....
19. IMO Bovs are mainly installed on factory cars to quieten them down... Could you imagine an old man/lady buying a turbo car and evrytime they backed off it fluttered/dosed? Theyd bring the car in every time wondering "I think theres something wrong with my car, its making funny noises"..
20. My old car I ran over a nail, took it out screwed in a big screw and it lasted a year lol.. Had to top up the air once a week, but I checked the tyre pressure once a week anyway.. Im with Zap... I have gotten a few punctures fixed, costs like $25, unless its the sidewall then ya can throw the tyre out..
