Love'n the note mate, still overpowered by induction noise, which isnt a bad thing, sounds more like a sports car now.. Re-tune? Do ya need a retune after gettin it done? Bugger me... LOL a cheap mod could turn out to be a $$$ mod.. Still got an Xcal 1, so buy an Xcal 3 and a re-tune.. I got my fuel issue sorted and the tune was running a bit rich, which I need a re-tune for anyway so hopefully it wont lean out.. ill have to get it on a dyno for a checkup.. Worse case I got it with flanges etc.. so its just a simple swap job.

If I had an FG I would struggle to keep it stock... the power those things can make with just a tune is awsome, dunno how u can resist mate..

Think im sorta in the same boat.. went to get my middle muffler removed today, and asked the guy to have a look under there cause I get a rattle now and then, he goes to me my cat is farked and straight away whips out a hi flow'd one... dunno if he just wanted me to buy a new cat, need a second opinion.. But yea if I do have a stuffed cat I also have an Xcal 1 and would need an X3 and a retune and maybe the port/wastgate mod to controll the boost, so it could end up being a very $$$ situation.. Right now I'd go the cheapo route and get a std cat off the forum if possible, wack it in..

Yeah new shocks for sure will help, also when braking the front wont squat down so much.. What springs do ya reckon they put in SSL's?? Anyone with SSL's in the front have a guard to hub measurement to compare with? Cause if I do raise it be good to know which springs I have now and just get the one above, not just replacing SL's with new SL's Cheers...

When gettin it lowered I asked for SL fronts, now I have always been suspicious as to what was put in cause it seems a bit lower than others I've seen, but it looked good so I didnt really care. But now my front bar is shagged and its not worth the hassle (sh*ttin myself at every speed bump), so im wanting to raise the front of the T.. I measured the hub to guard and its about 335mm, is this normal? Before I go gettin new springs, just wondering if worn shocks will cause the front to be lower than normal? I bought the car at 60,000kms and I havent put new shocks in and im reckon the guy I bought it off didnt either (it was stock) it now has 140,XXXkms.. Im gonna get some new shocks but if that will raise the front than the new springs may not be needed.. If not ill do both at the same time... Pics..

I think he ment if it wasnt sealed right... Yes you will loose boost.. I got my car tuned to 13psi, drove away happy.. Few days later I noticed all the stock joiners looked rather sad, so I replaced all of em, boost shot to 21psi.. Replace them all if they look at all crappy IMO

Im modded, but ive raced a few... They keep up in first, probably due to my awsome starts... but once I hit second its all over... Great little cars, I'd get one before an xr5T..

that's insane... My mate had a GSXR 100, he modded it abit and it had 160 something Bhp and that flew.. I raced him for sh*ts and giggles and the difference in acceleration was fkn huge
