  1. The rims look like painted F6 twistys..
  2. I've prob gone there for everything exhaust. On my last car they did the full exhaust, took the car else where for other work, and those blokes commented on how good the exhaust work was.. They did the centre muff on the T as well.. Its mandrel bent, with flanges so it can be swapped, cost a bit more than other places, but it was a spur of the moment thing and they were open on a saturday.. They are arrogant and do try to sell you things etc... but I havent had a bad experience with them yet.. They tried to tell me that fitting an aftermarket cat, would have to have been about 4-5" and it wouldnt need a re-tune, I just say yea yea ok... As long as u know whats what why should what they say bother you?
  3. Mate if you did a search you'd have 97% of your answers... 600rwkw section would be a good start... Dont mean to sound rude, but those questions have been asked sh*tloads of times..
  4. Brian, how much does it make atw? I'd love one of these, just looks so effortless
  5. I've had rims powdercoated before and the layer of powder was thick. Yes its a good thing, but when they got some gutter damage it would have been a matter of sand blasting the whole wheel back and re-coating it, plus the holes where the nuts go were much smaller, so to use the 'wheel nut loosener tool' it wouldnt fit so I had to basically scratch the sh*t out of the rim, forcing it in. Just paint it in 2 pac and it will last and if damaged, much easier to fix..
  6. Had an awesome voice and very talented...
  7. Awesome power stock... I'd love one of these.. PS dont powder coat, get the wheels painted..
  8. Would have saved me a long time of searching and asking questions, when I was looking to mod.. Good work mate.
  9. Dandy Exhausts are open on saturdays too.. they did mine on a sat, dunno if that suits you.. I love the sound..
  10. The rims themselves are ugly, but the size of them looks awesome.. Dish ftw!!
  11. that's good to hear.. think I should get my wheels balanced etc... and hopefully that fixes some of the issues..
  12. I wonder if the cost of a custom tune would go up? I assume it might, as they have to spend more time on tuning.. Just seems with the ZF's it seems more involved..
  13. Luke, yeah, this one looks a bit squished, but I thought it was time for a change..
  14. Wouldnt it also depend on how many mods the car has? Like for example it wouldnt take as long to re-tune a std car, add some boost and lean on it a bit, rather than aftermarket injectors, exhaust, cooler etc.. Also how good the tuner is, if he has no idea about a certain brand of injector it would take a bit longer to get right..
  15. Didnt think you have to pull the cams out to change Vsprings do ya? Yeah we are a mixed buch on here... lol
  16. Got mine from a group buy from here, cut for around $30. I only had 1 original key so went to Ford and they programmed the lot, dunno if/how much it cost though.. I love it..
  17. Panel filter is just one size.. whereas a pod you can get big mofo's.. Ive got the massive one that comes with the Nizpro stage 2 kit, and it sucks like no tomorrow lol..
  18. LOL Dags, but it looks weird with R-Spec between the posts..
  19. I'd go K&N panel first up.. Then when you get a decent intake and air box, ya cant beat a pod, even in an N/A BTW I've got a K&N panel lying around if ya want it for cheap..
  20. Pretty sure its a member on here dude.. seen those plates..
  21. Wow.. good info guys... If the guy wants to spend his money let him FFS.. Go to Atomic Performance website, they have a few cam types and they are suited to our cars.. I had a cam in my old VS V6, and loved it, sounded tuff and when it kicked it was like having a midget turbo lol..
