Hey peeps, just wondering on the widest tyre I can fit on a 6.5" rim? 225, 235? Currently have 215/60/16 on but obviously want as wide as I can... Also the best tyre size/profile etc you think would be best..

HAHA nah mate, street is too quiet for that, pretty sure some old lady would dob me in.. Just trying to find some good tyres now, 16" tyres are cheap hahhaa guess that's a plus..

Had to drive it in the wet today... Not as bad as I first thought, drove really carefully and in manual mode to stop any kick down from the auto... Also im getting used to the wheels and how the car feels, may hang onto these wheels for a bit longer... May end up getting some better tyres, as the ones on there now are almost done. Any good tyres for 16's LOL..

I snuck into corporate a few years ago. Was in the paddock rubbing shoulders with the 'famous' people.. Very nice females all dressed up Was the best part. Hard to get any free piss etc, cause they all have there own area and we'd stand out like dogs balls lol.. We almost got into the media area too, and to walk down put straight.. Edit: boobs

IMO line level converters are sh*t, I've had a cheap one $50 and an expensive one $300, your best bet is to get an amp that does the converting itself (my cousin has one in his subaru and it HAMMERS, all up cost $700, amp, sub, box and install from JB, JL audio gear) or get a aftermarket head unit, which I have, and can muck around with heaps of settings, iPod connectivity, USB etc..

Nah thinking of getting rid of them... The ride is too soft and the car sways too much.. It seems asif I replaced my whiteline sway bars with rubber ones, don't feel confident driving with them

Not sure which one your talking about man.. But I replaced the one coming from the gauge sender thingy to the T piece.. Is it a factory pipe your talking about? I'll have to have a look when the car cools down. Could any of the hoses connected to the boost solenoid have anything to do with the gauge? It looked like on of the hoses fell off but was way too hot to fiddle around with it

Ok so I've driven for a while now.. Haven't had it at WOT yet, just normal driving.. They are so much more forgiving, they soak up bumps and the car feels like its gliding.. The sh*t thing is, there is soo much side wall when I take a corner too quickly the car feels like its gonna flip lol...

Thanks mate, dunno how they'd go on yours, they just clear the brakes on mine and yours are bigger yea, well discs, so they sit higher... But yea why not...

Anyone know about gauges? My boost gauge stopped working.. It has power, everything works as normal, but it just stays on zero, not even vacuum? I looked at the hose going to the 't' piece and all is fine... Anyone can help a brother out?

I think its got to do with the iPhone I use to take the pics and I'm on a Mac, so everything it the right way up even though I may have taken the pics upside down? So when I upload them they come out upside down? Mac FTW!!!
