  1. Mine has the same problem... Took off hard TC kicked in, then since it has a bad miss.. Ive got new coil packs and new plugs, hopefully that'll sort it out..
  2. e85 is safer on the engine. As others have said buy everything once, you don't want to be upgrading things 'again' Things like injectors fair enough, get 1000's now cause they can support a lot of power, but things like cooler, intakes and exhaust id get decent gear that can support good power for down the track.
  3. I was on a high protein diet with exercise and was loosing around 1kg a week. Which was very hard to maintain but looking back was fairly quick, didn't see a few friends for a few weeks and they couldn't believe the change.. Trying to get to that level now but its very hard to get back in that mind set..
  4. Wasn't racing, just a few times I've been caught in the left lane where its closing and need to merge..
  5. Bought my clubs for $10 at a garage sale with bag and a sh*t load of balls lol.. We go and play just for fun and don't care about the scores just try and not loose a ball. You know your bad when you tee off and the first three hits go straight into the drink in the exact same place even after adjusting lol...I have a few friends really into golf and have spent really big $$$ on equipment. Went with then once and they gave me some really good advice and I couldn't believe it but it helped. I have a lot of respect for golf as a sport, its f*cken hard to be good at..
  6. I am having the same problem for a while now. When accelerating and it just comes to the sweet spot where all the fun is about to begin it misses and all the fun is gone.. Ive been beaten by a friggin camry and a forester so far lol... I had a faulty fuel reg and was pumping a lot more fuel than was needed, so I'm thinking it may have fouled the plugs and causing my issue Ive got some second hand coils (said they were pretty much new) and just need to get some new plugs and see if it fix's the problem. If it has then will get some brand new coils. Im keen to see what your issue is, I haven't pulled mine apart yet to see whats up with the coils or plugs..
  7. Creatine is some good sh*t... Weights you struggled with you'll lift now. I wanna get back on it.. Struggling with consistency atm.. Was at 109.4kg, then family gatherings, parties (alcohol) ruining my losses lol.. 100kg seems soo far lol, but ill fkn get there....

  11. 04 BA 350-400rwkw's id be worried about the engine too swell as the gearbox.. But id do. Valve springs Surge 044 Upgrade cat IC/airbox etc.. wastegate/flapper mod id 1000 injectors Then tuned by someone who really knows what they are doing, should be in the 300's then upgrade gearbox, engine, then go nuts and aim for 400.. BA's are very old these days..

  14. Yeah weight is basically a guide, its more to do with how happy I am with the way I look. Im the best man at my cousins wedding end of January next year so that's kinda my target
  15. Ive set mini goals.. one was 110 which I was stoked to have reached, next 100, but main goal is ~90kg, but depending on how I look really I may be happy at 100 who knows..
  16. Having a home gym is great, but when you try and get rid of it after, you can't even give it away... Ive had just a basic pec deck machine in my garage for fkn ages.. A lot of people want it, but they have no room to put it.. BTW 108.2kg.. then nearly two weeks of birthdays, the taste of melbourne and a bucks weekend, not caring about eating clean and drinking everything, back to 110.. But I'm back on the grind....
  17. 109.4kg.. Havent been eating as clean as I should and work has put a spanner in the works of training but still heading in the right direction.. Last meal was just before 7pm last night, did my 5k run this morning and feeling pretty wrecked hahha... Hopefully my Scivation Xtend and plenty of water will help me through till about midday...
  18. Im 6'3 man... Judging by alot of you guys it doesnt seem that heavy but its all jiggly haha.. When I was young I was a twig, had to force me to eat, then a few op's cause I grew too quick for my bones to keep up, kept me on the bed for weeks/months at a time and then started to pack on the weight and have been overweight most of my teenage/adult life now 29. IF works for me I think because, calories in vs calories out, in my eating window I eat what I was normally eating, but I have 1 or 2 main meals (meat and broccoli) and for the 3 rd meal uaually oats,protein shake or yoghurt, something like that. I train fasted and I dont eat as late as I use to. All that, before you get into the science stuff which I dont really care about, I think is doin the trick. I use to struggle to find 5-6 meals to eat a day and then trying to eat clean the WHOLE day was a bitch, trying not to snack on stuff.
  19. Cause all movies are accurate right? Ive read all the inaccuracies, but it isnt a doco its a movie. If you've seen the movie? one of the astronauts gets hit by debris, in actual fact he should have blown up into flames due to the oxygen bla bla bla, but in the movie he just has a big hole in his head. what would you believe more? If they made it 100% accurate it wouldnt be much of a movie.
  20. So now 2-3 weeks on IF and I was 115.7kg and as of this morning 111.4kg.. Main thing is when I do eat I eat clean.. Training has stayed the same, but not lifting heavy, more supersets and high reps and added a bit more cardio. Happy with the results so far..
  21. Watched Gravity in IMAX 3D... Pretty epic movie, very intense. Reminded me of World War Z, that edge of your seat feeling from the get go.. Not a fan of Clooney but he was good in this. Space is a fkn scary place is all im gonna say.. The cinematography and action sequences were amazing.. Alot of people hyped it up for me so I went in with high hopes, it didnt blow me away like I was expecting but it was a great film 8-9/10

I totally agree with both of you, but having lost ~20kg already, ive kinda hit a plateau and have been able to maintain my current weight but just have hit a wall ~115kg, I want to loose around another 15-20kg and ideally put on a bit of muscle too. I lost the original 20 by what you both suggested proper exercise and eating, but motivation and other little factors have made it hard to have the dedication these days that I had, it was asif I had a drug addiction, I was fkn religious with training and diet for about 6-7 months and had great results, cant keep that up. Believe me this isnt just some fad that im trying out and expecting miracles, im still eating right but not eating as much as I use to. Cals in vs cals out basically.. My metabolism hasnt changed at all pretty much, still as regular as I have been for as long as I can remember.. Cant wait to hit the gym again and lift some heavy sh*t...
  23. Ive asked this before and tried it but I only half arsed it. Anyone done Intermittent fasting (IF)? How are you finding it? What is your routine? results etc... Im doing it properly this time round, have been doing it for a few weeks now, and so far so good. Have heaps of energy during the day which is surprising, a guy I work with even noticed a difference. Im doing 16 hrs fasting starting usually at 8 and start eating at midday the next day but sometimes ive fasted maybe nearly 20 hrs. Eating clean too. I havent trained yet because work has been fkn hectic, but it should quieten down next week or so, so I can get back to my normal training routine, which im hanging for.. So untill then not really expecting too much to show up on the scales for at least a few weeks/months but I feel better, have more energy during the day..
