Well my last set is to failure so I dont think im doing them easily.. 3x10 is what I do, its just that it doesnt feel like ive had a good workout if im not sore much the next day, but then again I dont wanna strain or f*ck something up trying to do too much.. Think ill just have to keep upping the weight ey.. Like today did shoulders, all my exercises I did, my last set by say 8/10 I could barely lift the weight at 10 I was straining to get the last one in.. cant see how you could go harder. Also went on speed ball and punching bag to give them a lil pump at the end. More weight less reps maybe? I'll see how I pull up tomorrow..
  5. How sore are you guys a day or 2 after you workout a particular muscle? When I first did legs at the gym I was f*cked for days, but now 2 weeks since, I pull up fine. I have increased the weight 2 times now and kept the same sets/reps. last set im usually at failure by the end.. All my other muscles are pretty much the same. I do mix up my exercises too.. Am I going hard enough?

  10. So this morning did back and biceps. Did what you do and its a good change, never did the incline seated db or the cable curl, its a different feeling for sure from the usual chit I was doing.. Any of you blokes get in the sauna? I looked online and they say it helps recovery, gets blood flowing to the muscles n chit, was gonna have a go today but forgot my thongs..

  12. Ok guys, need some info. If say your doing biceps, what actual exercises are you doing? Like say for example, straight bar curls till failure, after that my biceps are fairly buggered, do you guys do more on top of this? Like then do another set on say dumbbells, then something else..? When do you stop? Just now im at a gym and have alot more equipment to use I wanna make the most of it, but dont wanna overtrain obviously.

  15. Maybe drop a muffler to give some more noise, cheapest way if that's all your after.
  16. Give it a good service and you should be fine as the others have said. A good freshen up on these cars goes a long way to fix little issues, also search for the boost solenoid maintenance thread a good little thing to do to bring a bit of life back into the car.
  17. How much are those drive days worth? Did you get to fang em at all? I'd take the R8 too... the rest are too common. and the audi is just sex..

  19. Joined a gym today.. Lime Fitness, finally did a proper leg workout, yea buddy... Just took it a bit easy so I can walk on the weekend, but next time its go hard and try and make it home lol..
