  1. FF, you can d/l a quality rip online.. Dont think I could give it 10/10 though, for me a 7/10... But I had heard not alot of good things about it and it surprised me how good it was
  2. A good way to start, read this thread.. Has alot of info and helped me alot. Google some workout routines, YouTube vids etc... Burn more calories than you take in and you will loose weight easy as that. The best way I have found and is working for me, a high protein diet, no sugar (not even fruit) and weight training with a bit of cardio thrown in is gettin me there..

  5. Im Mauritian, so I know the stall you speak of, I only get chicken kebabs, not a fan of lamb in a kebab cause had a really sh*t one and it put me off.. But as a meat Lamb is nice. Will have to give it a try.. Goin to eat crazy wings tonite, anyone had em before? If you like spicy food, I dare you to try it....
  6. Hard to find a good kebab this side of town..Hallam was good a long time ago... That new joint on the prinny around doveton isn't too bad. The best kebab I've had is in footscray, yes it's a scummy place but I <3 Bananas me they are mint..

  8. I got a cab from mine (carrum downs) to the city (airport) cost $150 once tolls etc were added. So from there to the peninsular =$$$$$$$$ If you value your wife stay away from frankston station lol.. A hire car would be the best and cheapest bet. Unless you take up 2256's offer..

  11. I had bad shudder, the control arm bushes fixed it, also one of the ball joints was f*cked which they replaced and one something in the back also. had my diff bush done at the same time.. Felt like a new car after. My diff bush is now shagged again as I get the thud often, this time im getting super pro bushes..
  12. LOL... this young bloke at the gym, was doing shoulders, the front raises with dumbbells. He was lifting way beyond is capabilities he was rocking his whole body back and forward gaining momentum to lift the weight. Looked like he was trying to root the air lol.. You see alot of people doing the wrong things, I may also have not the best form, but you cant really go to everyone and tell em. At my gym we have PT's that are around, but they dont really help people, only when they have a class or an assessment they do anything..

  15. Good work Pat... So glutamine ey... Creatine too? So yeah was thinking it had more to do with not eating right and alcohol than anything else, but thanks for clearing that up Pazz.. Had a good back and bi workout today, although I was buggered from being sick, did db curls, preacher curls and some quick reps on the cables with a lower weight. Back did lat pull downs, seated row and assisted chin ups.. Ozking, I want to loose weight that's my main goal, and the best way is to do weights with a good diet, but then your putting on weight (muscle) correct?

Same, was 127kg, then went down to 116kg two weeks ago, was my lowest, then gained a few kg went to 118kg last week, gonna weigh myself tomo morning but not hoping for much as ive been sick and havent trained properly.. Plus have been slack on the diet a bit, with a few too many sneaky snacks and alcohol, these frekkin parties dont help. Sat night is one of my best mates 30th...

  18. Ive been sick the last couple of days and have still gone, am fairly weak though, havent been doing any cardio cause I reckon id pass out lol.. Nose and sinus all clogged up, wont be able to get enough air in.. So... I dont want to get heavier or put much more muscle on at this point, I wanna lean out. Wats the best way to do this? More reps not so heavy? How many we talking?

  20. Hell yeah Expendables... im going on friday all I wanna see is a roundhouse from Chuck lol and ill be happy with the movie... With Van Damme, Stallone, Arnie and Dolph all together, no matter the story line or script, you wouldnt understand anything hahaa... Just wanna see them kick the sh*t out of each other and blow sh*t up.. Theres a few good movies comin out soon...
