  1. Anyone have a dose pipe lying around I can have/buy? Just realized, I've had my T for years now and have never had it dose lol.. With my Nizzy 4" it just flutters its head off... Just for shuts and giggles...

    I probably dont drive as much as you bomber, cause to me they arent that bad, although my rims have a bit of grey in them where the dust builds up, but normally I can tell when the rims arent clean. To me they are a great pad and fairly cheap.. I use to always use bendix ultimates but I reckon they were a bit harsh on rotors and were more dusty imo.. Very happy atm..

My flies are weak as f*ck lol.. ive dropped the weight to 10kg and now do it with proper form and it hurts/works the muscle way more than before, could prob go a bit higher, but ive realised lower weight and better form works best you can feel it more in the muscle... On the machine though it doesn't have what weight it is, just a number so I cant compare but it would be more.. The pulleys take alot of the weight out of the equation.
  6. Tri's get a workout when doing chest, nothing you can do about that.. When I started doing chest my tri's hurt a lot, but after training them too now the hurt is on the chest.. I put it down to my tri's being very weak at the time and couldnt cope with the weight I was benching, now my tri's are strong I can bench more..
  7. How deep do you blokes go when doing squats? I usually go parallel, but googling it says to go ATG...?

  9. I'd have to agree with Adam, doesnt suit the car/model.. Its kinda tryna look sporty when its a luxury car.. Vertini Magic was the bomb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stance is epic though....

    Well got them fitted on Friday, gave the car a wash just before so will see how dirty the wheels get in about a week.. They don't seem to be too bad yet but have only driven for 2 days.. They feel pretty good so far, the shudder has gone so that's what I'm happy about more than anything at this point hehehe. Did a few hard stops and they work very well, but time will tell..
  12. I'd be scared training with that guy.. Would be good though having someone pushing you the whole way, I feel that would get some great results faster...
  13. Started incline bench and a bit of shoulders after injuring my shoulder ages ago.. I injured my shoulder and didnt go anywhere near it for ages and doing incline bench hurt also.. Spoke to a guy at the gym and he was telling me about an injury he had and he after a week or so kept working the muscle, but very very light and he's back to 100%.. So I thought f*ck it, in my second week now and im almost back to where I was before I injured my shoulder and only very slight discomfort. Can also notice an improvement in all of the other upper body exercises since getting back into shoulders..

  16. Did squats yesterday and after watching a guy do it the day before, I realized my firm wasn't spot on.. Did a PB of 90kg and am friggin sore today, so win win..

  20. Yeah for sure best thread and the info here has helped me fkn heaps... Thanks to all the regular contributors ... I had milk only cause it tasted better, but I'm sure there would be more benefit than water in terms of the stuff milk has in it...

  22. Awesome effort first of all.. That's exactly what I want to achieve.. I was around 127kg and want ideally to be in the 90's kg.. I'm around 110kg now.. Agree with wingnut. I can stop working out for a while due to work or whatever, but as long as I keep my diet in check I don't put on weight, it's all in the diet.. You've had a break, nkw get back on it I say!!
  23. Its all about the food if your fairly active and workout already.. For me I have Oats for brekkie Egg white omelette/ can of tuna with cottage cheese for snack Train (if I can make it before lunch) Lunch consists of a plate with half veg (broccoli) and half meat (steak, salmon steak or chicken breast) Train (if I didnt before lunch) Then another sort of protein'ish snack (boiled eggs bla bla) Dinner is same as lunch Yoghurt for dessert. Dont eat any rice, bread, pasta, sugar, limited salt, no butter, minimal oil.. its fairly strict, but I cheat sometimes but hey im human.. I work casually so I have time for all of this, that is a perfect day though, sometimes I can skip a snack because I dont have time. That meal plan has helped me loose around 30kg so far.. Also that amount of sets is huge. Lift heavy on all exercises and do 3 sets of around 10, lifting heavy weight helps burn fat while your working out and then some..
