My sis bought a Sony Vaio for like $2500 a while ago. Now it's a slow pos, but she never looks after it. Her partner bought a new hp so I'm gonna try and tax the Sony.. I don't need a laptop but a free one I could use haha.. So my question is would formatting it restore some life back? Would I need to do anything specifically laptop related? I'd only be using it when my phone gives me the sh*ts and mostly to view web pages. I don't play games or anything like that.

I have never used any kind if pre workout so I can't comment. I have strong coffee before I go gym.. But... Motivation in winter is always harder so I might give something a go later on.. So I too would like to know what's out there. Also I'd like to know an answer to Frekys question about creatine.. Anyone??

Ok ill try and maintain the double overhand grip for longer.. As for the smith machine.. I gave it a crack. Including starting resistance of 20kg... Warm up: 40kg x10, 60kg x10 1st set 75kg x10 2nd set 80kg x7 new pb 3rd set 80kg x6 was fairly wrecked Should I have done more? Then did db flys, decline etc... So I did do a new pb, but... didnt get a good 'pump' as I normally feel when doing it normally. I understand what you mean about the arch I found myself kinda fighting the machine instead of it wanting me to go straight up and down.. The only thing is that I wasnt afraid of putting more weight on and it wasnt gonna fall on my face that gave me confidence. Do you guys think that maybe doing a few sessions on the smith machine with the heavier weight to get some more strength and then replicating it on the bench with good form would be a good idea? Or f*ck the smith machine all together?

LOL... For deads, I tried a different grip, one hand over and the other under, works perfectly and I did a wicked back session the other day.. Wont need the chalk or anything for a while and felt as if I could of gone heavier... Gonna give the smith machine a go on chest now, see how I go, hopefully set a new pb....

How many months or years of training have you, Adam and Goliath done to achieve the results you have now? Cause f*ck ive been training now seriously (well at a proper gym) for maybe 5-6 months and I cant imagine ever doing those numbers anytime soon...

I used to think like that, but its just more of a hassle than its worth, maybe im gettin too old.. I used to scrape alot of things and my front bar was all scratched and it ended up not sitting as high as it use to and sagged due to getting pushed up everytime I parked.. I now park reverse every chance I get even though ive raised the front.. But each to their own...
-
Ive got lows in the front and SSL in the rear and imo its perfect, looks good and doesnt scrape. The rear drops a bit when your driving so it looks even better. With this combo I passed a VIC roads height check with room to spare so win win..

Yea I went hard last week on legs and couldn't walk properly for 3 days... Yea wingnut I think I'll give the smith machine a go.. There aren't many people at the gym at the times I go (what I like).. I'm at the gym now and there are like 4 other people.. Win!!

Ive been on ~70-75kg bench for ages now... But db bench I have increased a bit. For me its mostly how im feeling on the day as to how hard I can go. Legs have increased, biceps and tri's have, deads have its just chest that im kinda hit a wall.. I guess not having a spotter I cant really push myself or that wouldnt end too well..

-
f*ck bro that's tuff.... Im at 110kg deads, but my hand arent coping well with holding the bar.. think ill give gloves a go, then have a crack at the chalk... Was it you that had a video a few pages back?

If your booting it in the wet no tyre is gonna hold.. Maxxis MAZ-1 (I think are that's the name) are an awesome tyre for the money and also the Achillies are cheaper too, and last longer than the maxxis I had on before.. I had a scary incident in the wet with the Achillies but the corner I spun on had a dip mid corner and I prob was going a bit too fast trying to make the light.. But apart from that they have been great..

Yep def mazda 6 rear... I like the no spoiler rear but that's about it.. The front looks hot, the interior, the space where we call the 'tissue box' area looks too empty.. HSV will try and do too much as usual, vents here buldges there, prob more 'driving' lights.. Im curious what engines they will all get...

If you do legs properly then you'll be farked walking etc.. after doing legs on a monday for the rest of the week.. Just something to think about if your work is fairly physical.. My routine is prob the same as yours and like stiffy said what I do on Mondays I repeat on Friday and start the cycle again... I'm starting to train on weekends too cause work is fairly busy ATM...

I also had that creaking, but havent heard it in a while so im guessing its to do with the bedding...
-
I dont care how they look, im only interested in what HSV do to them... I remember when the VT series HSV's came out, they looked fkn amazing at the time..
-
If these Remsa's are not hard on the rotors and they are obviously working well than im not too phased on the dust.

Ok it's been a while now and I retract my previous statements, my wheels are friggin dirty!!!! Normally it would take way longer to get where they are at, the braking though, is great so I can live with it :(
