Dropped the car off this morning and asked the service manager what the fuel system cleaner was about. He said that using 95RON unleaded petrol would start to block the injectors in a few years time. I told him I use 98 all the time anyway. You can buy the same fuel treatment they use for around $5.

Just rang Coffey ford in Dande a call about 15k service for my G6E-T and their initial price was $390. I was like WTF and asked the woman on the phone to explain what they were doing for this high cost. She said its their standard service cost for the car, she then went on to say that they can remove the fuel system and brake system clean and it would be $330. I dont think they will do fark all in the fuel or brake system clean so told them to remove it. Would prob got a better deal if I took it to the dealer I bought it from but its 2 far away from work.

Into neutral then handbrake, then into park, otherwise you get a nice thud when going from park to R or D.

I noticed this recently in mine after a trip to the grampians. The seats need a lot more side support when going through the twisties

Chrome pillars look ok. I have similar on wifes CX7. Your rims though are way too small!!!

The integra had a lot of work done to it including fairly worked engine (around 180kw@flywheel), adustable tein suspension, semi comps but stock brakes. There was a FG XR6 there also, had a quick talk to the owner and he said the car was struggling in the high rpm range and could only do 160 clicks down the main straight. There were 2 R35 GTR's racing also who were realing off easy 1:24's with fairly armature drivers.

No other sandown times from anyone? Was at a driver dynamics day watching some friends a few weeks ago at sandown and they were doing a 1.35 in a integra type r. Was going to enter my G6ET but I have no faith in the brakes lasting more than a few laps. Done Sandown a few times in my 320rwkw skyline a few yearsa go

Why go for the factory option rims when there are so many other rims you can put on the car and make it not look like a clone of another car with he same rims

I put a GFB hybrid thing on mine and all I had to do was trim the main vacuum line that goes into the BOV so it sat nicely.

Never had an issue with the wifes CX7 wipers and I drove it down the GOR to Apollo Bay with a bit of rail along the way. Did you test drive the 6 Turbo Diesel? Its meant to have the same performance as the previous model 6MPS.

Intercooler need a bracket installed to push to flush with the grill and then remove the grill for the fully sick VL turbo look.

Blacked out grills just makes it look like the Base model XT

Toyota, Expensive Daewoo are also the same, a bunch of teenagers working in the service department. Gotta wonder if anyone at the dealerships know that the fork they are going as most of the service managers I have talked to have no forking idea themselves about basic mechanical things.

What I want to do to my bottom grill is cut away the horizontal bars and leave the chrome surround so that the cooler can bee seen like in the F6. Apparently the horizontal bars are what bolt to the bumper so the chrome surround would need to be secured the the bumper in a different way.

Good stereos actually turn the power to the speakers off when the volume is turned down, that's why you wont hear the hiss.
