Hi Kai Yes it is very slow, post some pictures. I assume you made a smaller flywheel based on the BMW specks right? I started on mine on Day 1 Engine is in, now just to adapt everything, at least its cranking all ready.

Hello Kai Im also from South Africa, currently busy putting a BA turbo motor in my Ranchero (Falcon XH) There is a company bringing in Turbo motors , They in Boksburg. Locally I know of one Barra that's being mated to an E36 BMW M3 gearbox, not running yet.
