Was driving home today and noticed a noise so I turned down my music and it was making a slight squeaking noise then the car kept making a squeaking sound as the rpm went close to idle. The idle was very rough. When I restarted the car it was knocking and idling rough then stalled out. I got home and scanned for codes and had. P13SG. P13S1. P13SG. It says it’s something to do with the cams being over advanced. Anyone know the best way to go at fixing this.

I don’t want Audio out of the standard icc. I want the speakers to go straight into the head unit so I can have better sound quality and be able to have rca outputs for amps without a line converter. I’m over using my aux Bluetooth adapter cause the wires are annoying me and the aux port likes to cut out if you touch the cable and I need to mess around with it to make the Audio come back.

Hey guys I have been looking at installing a single din headunit using the fascia from stingray security https://www.stingraycar.com.au/product/fg-fgx-aftermaket-single-din-fascia/ . I want to know how people have done the wiring. Is there a harness I can buy or do I have to splice into the icc harness.

Thanks mate. Was a bit confused because a lot of people were saying their cars weren't running properly and others were saying it didn't change anything and were running fine.

Will do, also another quick question, do I need to tune my car or is it fine because I always see people saying you need to tune your car after putting a new exhaust on it. Thanks.

Thanks mate will probably end up getting the cat back because the n/a xr6 are pretty quiet and I like cars that are a bit louder.

Hi guys, ive recently purchased a 2009 FG XR6 in dash green, and I am wondering whether a catback exhaust system is worth it, and will I have any issues from the police as a p plater. I was thinking of purchasing this exhaust (https://www.deaperformance.com.au/p/Store-Wide-Sale-Excluding-XForce/Falcon-FG-XR6-Sedan-2.5-Inch-Catback-Exhaust-Syste/ST219HD-246D-TIPS) , and I am wondering whether it is legal for p platers as it is illegal to have performance enhancing mods, and I don't know whether the police consider it is a performance modification, due to it not actually being an engine mod and wont do anything but make the car sound a bit better. if that's not a good exhaust could you recommend any others. Thanks.
