Looking for a bit of guidance I’ve just finished my gas motor turbo I’ve put valve springs oil pump gears head studs in it running 6 boost manifold and 94mm pulsar turbo (off eBay) 1000cc injectors and Kpm fuel pump and reg my tuner said I should get 460 to 500rwkw now I’m up to transmission I can get a btr built to hold 400rwkw with stall for 3k but is it worth it to turbo 400 or power glide car is used mainly on street as I live in Adelaide not much strip action here until tailem bend is built. And how would it work with factory ecu or do you have to use haltec or wolf ecu? I don’t want to go manual as t56 gearboxes 2k and clutch to handle is 2500k cheers thank you.
  3. ive got all the parts there manifold intercooler turbo pipeing exhaust etc just too many conflicting reports about what ecu you can use

Hi im new to this forum and I'm sorry if this has been covered before I've just bought a Ba xr6 5 speed manual its had a lot work done bigger brakes front and rear, bigger swaybar twin exhaust kpm tuned but I want more power only paid 1900 for the car with a blown clutch and gearbox I put out of turbo I'm only wanting 250rwkw because of t5 my main question it can the na ecu retain a turbo tune or do you have to use the turbo ecu as that also has boost control Cheers
