The battery has the green light, indicating it's alright but I don't have tools to check voltage or anything

I didn't check fuses or anything but the car makes a knocking sound when trying to start. also the key ignition is a bit loose could that effect the starter?

My xr6 dash lights come on but car won't start, is it starter motor or faulty ignition, maybe something else 🤷♂️
