Bit of a stretch but, would bf turbo FRONT rotors and pads fit the GT REAR?

Hey guys, I've discovered a coolant leak that's coming out of a hose that connects to the thermostat and into the engine block I believe, it goes inbetween the hard pipe that goes under the thermostat and into the block. I'll include some of pictures, can anyone let me know what its called or if theres any replacements online anywhere? cheers!
