Well well well here I am years later after this thread started with the smart clunking noise and no-one has found a definite answer 🙃. My noise is a clunking at low speed (carparks), turning into my driveway and also while going slow up very steep inclines. My car is a 08 xrt fg falcon Ute Hopefully one someone will find the answer
