Nothing the rocker covers are the same except the FG coils have a screw that holds the coils in place they never came off on a BA/BF rocker cover so no problems there as there is no pressure that can make the coils pop off also you do not need to replace the inlet manifold as they bolt to the head not the rocker cover

Drain back should be minimum double the size of the feed line but the drain fitting in the turbo will show you the size of the drain pipe fitting needed,

1. K&N air filter not pod filter. 2. Full exhaust system, extractors, high flow cat, 2.5" exhaust if for BA or BF, if for a FG you will need to swap high flow cat for euro4 cat as check engine light will activate with high flow cat unless you have it tuned & turned off. 3. dyno tune will extract the most from the engine with above mods. SCT tuner is a good start as it can hold multiple different tunes eg: 98 octane, 95 octane, highway, etc

Get a can of Subaru upper cylinder cleaner. get engine up to temp turn engine off. spray half can thru throttle body directing hose towards front & rear of manifold. start car for about 5-10 seconds just enough time to get cleaner sucked into cylinders then turn off. spray rest of can into manifold as before directing flow front & rear let sit for 10 minutes. than start car it will run rough so give a little bit of throttle as cleaner is burnt off it will run like normal. this cleans the inlet tracks, valves intake & exhaust & piston crowns you car will idle better have better fuel economy & will be more responsive.

a lot of people swap the 5.4 valve springs but the best bet is either crow cams valve springs or Spool industries, spool also have forged cranks, rods, pistons, valve springs, oil pump gears, heads studs, main studs & billet main caps for high boost make sure you O ring the block & head

I have recently replaced my stock suspension on my G6 50th anniversary edition, to King Springs 30mm lowered & Monroe shocks & I now have knocking noises coming from the left side front & rear right side is fine suspension bushes look fine any help will be greatly appreciated

which relay in engine bay fuse / relay box is for the fuel pump on BA Turbo
