  6. Howdy all, There seems to be a star shaped knob at the back of the headlights - is this the adjustment for the headlights? after getting my LHS light assembly replaced, they high beam points to the ground!! I tried to turn it, but it doesnt seem to do much? any thoughts?
  7. 22yo Male, TIO (Territory Insurance Office, its a NT Thing ) $960 year / $350 excess, 2006, XR6 Turbo 6Auto - stock im pretty sure you need to be a NT resident to use TIO though
  8. And which insurance company do you work for? ← LOL
  9. if not already; *Headlight protectors, (bonnet too if your keen) *the magical castrol oils *oil filters *some good car cleaning products incl good quality terri cloths *some fold out directors chairs to keep in the boot for the summer pool parties :D
  10. Hmm... I never had this problem when im in a work Car hhehe... very rarely that the public dont give way to flashing lights sirens and a big merc van with "AMBULANCE" plastered over it Even cars stopped at the traffic lights are normally fairly helpful when we need to get from a to b as quick and as safely as possible but when im in the ute - I feel all your pain lol.

lol. Yer, in regards to the Rear tyres, I think its driving style that is the sole factor for excessive rear tyre wear heheheh... god bless the XR6T
  12. Sorry, was talking about an Custom Tune, Ive got my baby booked in next week to see KPM in adelaide Cant wait!! I think to be on the safe side, ill reflash it to standard just for peace of mind. F6 Ute, you said an average of 120 rendered around 11L /100, im guessing yours is a BA 5speed? WIth the cruise control set at 120, I see closer to 8-10L/100 with the 6auto. Cheers guys!! Thanks for your imput, the lowering springs go on this afternoon, and EDIT on the 21st !!!! MUH AHAHHAHAHAH
  13. What experience have you guys had with long distance driving with your "normal" edit map, or a specific economy map? Be safe to drive for 1600km+ on an edited map? I spose worse case senario, flash it back to stock for the long haul trips right?

Wow, 6850km, three high speed 180+ km/hour (for hours!) runs and abuse around town, maybe im just lucky? not a squeek, not a thud, not even a brake shudder! ZF box amazing, not a problem so far!!! one thing that I noticed (and expected but still annoying to some degree) is that the locking on the hard cover seems to be too close a fit and requires some degree of force, 10min's in the sun, and the locks are very hard to lock more so then open, but its just the plastics and metal expanding :( Otherwise, the only other thing is excessive rear tyre wear , rotated once already but have the feeling the tyres wont last me another 6k tee hee..
  15. im having a hard time trying to see a FMIC in that blue air dam??? or am I blind!!!
