  1. Sticky throttle body? Take intake off and have a look and see if it's got gunk on the butterfly?
  2. Talk to Matt @ Race Brakes in Sydney /the end Don't bother with anything or anyone else.
  3. Maybe easier to buy an LPG engine from somewhere?
  4. That's a decent amount of boost and power for a run in tune haha. Have you done anything to the head?
  5. Just wondering about the stock pipe size. I think it's already 3"? Which should support a decent amount of power. So do you need to replace the actual exhaust piping or can you just replace the middle and rear mufflers?
  6. Yeah $185 is dam cheap. What size are you looking at OP?
  7. That is super cheap! How can you complain about those prices! Well over double that price for the Pilot Sport 4S's.
  8. Check for vacuum leaks between throttle body and head.
  9. Alright. Then do this. Fuel pump and cradle. Regulator. Injectors. Intercooler. Turbo side intake. High flow cat. Charge pipes. Valve springs. Spark plugs - 0.7mm Flex fuel if you can afford it. Tune with above and ~300rwkw on 98 or 350rwkw on E85 - minimum. Maybe another 50 on top of each.
  10. Actuator not needed for those power levels. Stock turbo will run out of puff before actuator can't handle the handle. Talk to your tuner. I recommend Maxx Performance. Zane knows what's what.
  11. Exactly. I only did mine to make sure they weren't limiting me (to a point) in the future. They may not be needed but will be a pain to get a tune done to XYZ rwkw only to have the extra heat etc shorten their life span and go soft prematurely and you will be unable to reach your same power level again.
  12. Some can do it, for a while, then they'll roll over like all the others.
  13. 300rwkw on 98 is a stretch on stock valve springs.
  14. I'm assuming it's been tuned or is there some sort of aftermarket boost controller in the mix?
  15. This will get you close to, if not bang on 450hp. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/shops/item/2074776262619256/?referral_story_type=shop_pdp_share_deep_link&referral_code=shops_pdp_share
  16. Yes. Remove and go air to oil. No chance of milkshake.
  17. Why do you not want to relocate your battery?
  18. And the downside of ethyl-glycol is it is unable to transfer as much heat as pure water. So yes it can't handle the higher boiling temp, but if you were perhaps running pure water, there's a possibility the cooling system wouldn't get to that temperature as the radiator and pure water would be able to remove more heat (and thus have heat removed from themselves).
  19. That's very weird. Have you gone to see it? Make sure they've sealed the holes in boot up properly. I can take pics of mine tonight if you like. Mine are rough as guts.
  20. I've got a 2015 ex hwp NSW XR6T. They don't do anything to them performance wise. Expect: holes in boot sill at the corners by the hinges for aerials I assume. Holes in roof under black plastic trim for lights perhaps? Center arm rest and interior surfaces from getting in and out of the car while wearing police belts get scratched and scuffed. Diff bushes gone if around the 70-80km mark (although not sure how a 4 year old ex hwp car would have that few one. Mine had 77kms after only 18 months). Service history is good. Headlight wiring can be hacked up a bit. Mine is pretty ugly where they had wired in their lighting systems. Engine bay fuse box had some holes in the top. Best to get trans fluid changed. How many km's is the one you're looking at?
  21. Did you buy just the pump or the entire pot and hanger as well?
