  1. Hi all. Just browsing through the posts and realized it has been exactly one year since I last placed a post. For those of you that follow me on Instagram (nick_captain_slow) you would of seen a photo of an empty engine bay. I decided during this covid pandemic to install stronger rods and pistons so we can have more fun. The block is currently at the machine shop so I'll have it back in the new year. I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and stay safe.
  2. Still unable to post photos. Use the link to see photos/dyno graphs  https://www.instagram.com/p/B09ugFWnQqm/?igshid=24nzzxpc16z8
  3. Thanks k31th. We'll have a look at this when we have some time. And Wyatt divide the torque by 2 (4wheel dyno). Running 21psi boost.
  4. I along with my 17 year-old daughter have triedfor over 30 minutes to post a photo of the dyno sheet to no avail. (I'm a baby boomer and still learning how to do this social media stuff) However for those of you that are interested my daughter has set up an Instagram account for me so you can follow the progress of my GPC Territory. nick_captain_slow I failed to mention that the All Ford Day is on Sunday 16th February at the Sutcliffe Reserve Corio (Geelong) See you there.
  5. Hi everyone. As promised on my last post dated 06-03-19 heres the results after switching to E85. Torque 1257NM@3781 Power 502.0KW@5758. We saw 505kw but backed it off a bit because the engine is stock standard with the exception of valve springs and head studs. At the Geelong Revival last month my best time was a 10.3. If anyone is interested I will be at the ALL FORD DAY with my GPC Territory if you would like to have a chat. Cheers.
  6. What an excellent "how to" article. I'm sure this has helped out alot of people including myself. Thank you for taking the time to post this.
  7. Hi Deveous. I agree with Puffwagon and Jeturbo. Either modify your airbox and use a highflow filter or if you like the look of the SS Inductions Growler cai use that along with de-bunging your exhaust, bigger injectors and a custom engine and trans tune. This is the biggest bang for your buck that you'll get. After that each kilowatt will cost you more and more. If you look at my first post I failed to mention that the first run on the rollers was with the SS Inductions cai (188.6kw/489nm) Then after the other mods 240.8kw/706nm. Happy modding.
  8. So far so good. Mind you my car has only done just over 70000ks. When it goes in for the fuel swap im also installing a SDE high stall with a ford ranger input shaft.
  9. Talking about updates, after my second round of mods (too numerous to mention) the end result was 958NM @ 4188 and 364.6 @ 5188. At the Geelong Revival last November I had some teething issues but managed to get one decent run with a 11.1. Switching now from BP Ultimate to United E85. It will be interesting to see what gains can be made.
  10. Feeling annoyed. My TT isn't finished yet with its second stage of upgrades. I was hoping to get a couple of runs in before last weekends Ford Nationals at Heathcote. I went as a spectator with my 16 year old daughter who is also a petrol head (don't know where she gets that from). I was wondering if anyone from this forum went to the Nationals either as spectator or competitor and what your thoughts are and results?
  11. Good day all. I'm a new member with a TT. At this point in time I've installed a SS inductions growler CAI. Removed bung from exhaust, fitted 60lbs injectors, gapped down plugs and a custom tune on engine and trans. On the rollers it recorded 706NM torque and 240.8 KW. At Calder Park it did a 12.9. I'm currently buying bits and pieces for the next stage. I'll keep you updated.
