Oh I see, I might try that. what did you do with the ignition wire? Is there a signal wire somewhere to tap in to?

When it hits the limiter does it cut just the one cylinder? Or does it cut all of them?

I have a stand alone bee*r rev limiter on the way from japan for my ba xr6t and I am having trouble finding an ignition signal wire. It requires an rpm signal ( I have an rpm tacho already installed )and an ignition signal so it can cut the spark. I am wondering if anyone has done this before? And how did you go about the ignition? any help would be much appreciated
