There's alot of way's to damage your engine/turbo, and this aint one of them.

29.5 is actually quite tall, so that's sketchy as it is, but 10.5 width wont fit under without some guard modification. 15 inchers can fit, depending on what sort of brakes it's wearing.

Are you planning to take it to Ford? It can work out a bit cheaper supplying your own materials, but more importantly, shop around if your budget conscience, as prices do vary...

As above, you'll have to make that switch alot earlier in the engines life.

It's an extra my friend. Obviously a differential upgrade isn't a bad thing though, but I'd personally wait for it to break before I thought about any alternatives.

Thanks for the welcomes boys. To be honest, I haven't had much activity in it since I bought it, as I've been struck down with a serious health issue that occured right after the purchase. The car's going well, and even though whats happened, that hasn't stopped me from organising a few things for it. As for racing it, that's what im organising things for at the moment... From what I've heard/seen through the grapevine, it looks as though 9 second XR6 Turbo's are going to come out of the woodwork all over the place! Igor.

Heyas, the names Igor. I've been aware of these forums for a little while now, but thought I'd better get logged on now, as too many of the areas are now restricted to users only. Most of you will be familiar with my car, which is the currently running fastest XR6 Turbo in Australia, which was owned by Adam Hargrave. (9.98 @ 144mph) The car has made the move to Sydney, and will hopefully continue along with it's development, which is good news for all of us. All the best to everyone. Igor.
