Thought I put this here my experience Nulon 10w-40 Full syn and K&N oil filter. Car was daily driven with a few long trips it used at least 500ml, had noticeable blow by. Oil felt tacky and had red tinge at 6500km oil change. Vavoline Synpower 5w-40 and Aeroflow oil filter. Car was daily driven, a few long trips, 2 dyno tunes. Oil was still 'oily' used zero oil, no blow by, dyno tuner even commented it didnt blow any smoke at all. Had minor red tinge to oil after 7000km change. Valvoline Synpower 5w-40 with Motorcraft FL-280S should be good, give me 6 months. 2c

The zf will slip in third or fourth gear until it heats up to 30c fluid temp, it was designed to do that. I warm mine up for a few minutes it has air/oil cooler and it sometimes slips a bit to I get to the end of the street but stops exactly on 30c on the torque app. It does warm up idling. I think the greatest benefit of the air/oil cooler is that the trans fluid can be kept under 80c instead of hitting nearly 100c with the crappy milkshaking stock cooler. Mine was definitely suffering with the hot trans fluid temp before I changed it.

I wouldn't do the exhaust honestly just do the cat or venom pipe. The car starts to feel modified with the bigger exhaust and noise. The standard system is quite capable. Anyways where are you up to on it?

Engine flush x 2. Penrite flush is the best use cheap oil with 2nd flush and flush additive.

Used the 255 it does the job. Quieter than the walbro 255. That's the in tank ones anyway. Have race works injectors as well both have been given a hard time, seem fine.

Good old classic plug that one. I found the iridium ones best for fuel economy but nothing else, might last a bit longer. Yea the ford LPG ones still seem like the go. $50 a set about. Not much more than the NGK. They come gapped at 0.7 which is a bonus.

I have a pcmtec tune and the quality is far better than the sct tune it had. You have to find the right tuner though. The car feels very refined and feels like it just rolled off the factory floor. I have a fuel issue over 4000rpm so im rev limited to there but once that is sorted it will be pretty much exactly what I imagined the car could be. 400rwhp @ 4000rpm with just the common mods.

Yea ford dont make them anymore. Its the outlet fitting from the module to fuel line. The part numbers are BA9E964A and BA9E965A. $55 from the wreckers. Send and return. Found mine would kink easily hope its the issue, it was leaning out quicker with the 340 pumps as well. Sort of makes sense.
