Open the G Box, when it gets to the stop try to open it past the stop. When you look @ it you will see what I am talking about. Nice and easy !! Don't break anything. Slide the Cover Slide to the right and pull it out. Ryco RCA 100C, C for carbon. You have to get a new Cover Slide from Ford if you got the standard Mesh Filter.

I got one. No problem. If you get one you also need to get a new .... thing to hold it in place. I got one" the thing" from Ford for 20.00$ plus. Got the filter from Repco, it was over 80.00$'s. You should shop around for one.

It is done !!!! Test drive Oil temp now 80 C Oil temp before Oil Cooler 100 C - 105 C normal driving. After and and I put the cooler in front of the Intercooler. Could not put it in to the space in front of the wheel on the driver side !! Intercooler Pipe !! Some people may say no good, but I think my Oil Temp is more important than a warmish Intercooler. I am so happy with the final product.

Yes, just the Adaptor. 81.00$'s Still have to get some hose, once everything is in place. Just fund a bit of a problem, Inter-cooler hose

Oil price falls to 2006 low 6:37 AM October 21 Oil on Friday fell more than 2 per cent to a 2006 low of less than $US57 per barrel, on speculation that OPEC members would not follow through on plans to make deep production cuts to stem a three-month price slide. US crude for November delivery settled $US1.68 lower at $US56.82 a barrel, the lowest this year after trading as low as $US56.55 in intraday activity. US oil prices have dropped from July records of $US78.40 a barrel on healthy inventories. London Brent crude fell $US1.19 to $US59.68 a barrel. OPEC ministers agreed early on Friday to reduce output by 1.2 million barrels per day (bpd), 200,000 bpd more than expected, but some analysts expressed doubts about whether the cartel will reach the targeted reductions. "This cut should result in about a half million barrels per day of production actually getting taken out of the market," said Jim Ritterbusch, president at Ritterbusch and Associates in Galena, Illinois. Some OPEC ministers said a further cut of 500,000 bpd could follow when the cartel next meets in Nigeria in December. They said they were concerned about high fuel stocks in consumer countries, particularly in the United States, and a projected drop in demand for OPEC oil in 2007 as competitors bring more supplies online. "This is not the end of the road because we have another meeting coming up," Saudi Arabia's Oil Minister Ali Al-Naimi told Reuters. Got the Cooler unit. And as soon as I get the adaptor I go back to the Filter Factory and get the hoses and the rest of the fittings. Thank you for the pictures. Ps, what is your oil temp running @ with the cooler.
