Problem I'm having is insurance since I'm under 25, don't have my full licence only on my P2's

Looking to buy a BF mk2 XR6 but I'm unsure on what to do, should I buy a non Turbo? Then save and turbo it? Or just buy an XR6 Turbo? What's the differences? And can you get the same power figures out of a N/A, then Turbo'd as the turbo car? I'm dyslexic and cannot turn off simple functions in tapatalk
